Been to la Fortuna a couple times and it does not dissapoint. I normally go late at night after work and it hits the spot. They have a variety of meats to choose from and I've tried them all. I like that I'm allowed to have an open tab "cuenta abierta" and keep on ordering tacos. I would say my favorite meats are : cesina, cabeza, asada, suadero, and tripa. Pretty good asada tacos when they're hot off the grill; meat was tender and juicy. Girlfriend enjoyed the tripas and lengua tacos. $1.50 for asada, $2 for tripas and $2.50 for lengua. Good prices.
When it comes to street tacos I make no jokes.. best El pastor tacos around!! No drones but perfectly cooked and spiced to perfection I still almost go daily! Also try the quesadillas..... Worth tipping!!!
