Service used to be stellar but the new hires are kind of passive. The drinks made by them are great, but it also took more than 10 minutes to make just a hot coffee. And uber eats also always somehow manages to send me the wrong food, once three times in a row. Not good for morning rush, I feel.

Horrible service, the baristas were very rude, I asked if that was my drink and they said yes in a rude manner, also the person who takes the orders, a man with reddish hair, is abusive. He didn't see me standing there waiting for him to take my order and then correct me. and say that the line is on the other side.

I sat down to charge my phone and Infront of anyone he raised his voice at me and said “you have to buy something here to be able to stay here” INFRONT OF EVERYONE! First thing I did buy something which he would have known if he would have asked his coworkers. Secondly he did not have to say that out loud for everyone to hear. Third, there were people on the laptop that was here longer than me THAT DID NOT BUY ANYTHING, and did not speak to them in that manner. I believe he was the manager. Taller long beard with glasses and tattoos.

Placed an online order and went to pick up and staff informed the order was never prepared and asked me to cancel and wait for refund.
Wasted a trip during rush hours and horrible services and attitude had aggregated the entire experien e even worse.
Nerve buy again from this location.

i come here very very often! and as i was drinking my vanilla ice blended i felt like i was just drinking my coffee as i took it out noticed it was little bits of plastic coming out of my drinking honestly this is horrible. this should not be happening to anyone it is not safe at all. i would appreciate to hear back from coffee bean.

Ive been coming here since covid and have never had a bad experience. I alwasy get the same Swedish berries Iced tea and it never disappoints! Alexia is so nice to me ALL the time! The rest of the staff are great too! I just wish youd go back to the same later hours during the week. It was so nice to get off from work and grab my favorite Iced tea before heading home ):

Tried the new latte with boba (with oatmilk), asked for minimal sweetness, and it was pretty good! What you order is what you get.
I’m being forced to come to this store since the Main St it’s temporary closed. I always always get the same custom ice tea and never an issue at the coffee bean on Main St. However this store on 17th st got some real sticks up there butts. They always give me a hard time about my drink and today they made me wait an additional 10 min for it. I had to walk up to the baristas and ask about my drink and come to find it it was already made and sitting there ready to be placed out front for customers. I was livid because I heard them grumbling about it the whole time. I really don’t care if it’s not how ice tea is customary made it’s suppose to be made per the customers order and what Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is about…. The customers way! Get a clue and give better service guys.

The manager and employee need to train in customer service. Today was a horrible experience. I ordered one drink, and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting on it. The barista made my drink and it was wrong twice. At that point, I was tired of waiting with my toddler. It was time to cut my lose and ask for a refund, manager did not try to make it right to me, didn’t apologize or acknowledge how long I was standing there. He didn’t even look at me. Never again will I go to coffee bean. I will be calling the corporate office to complain.
