They let the rent free in housed neighbors hang out in here, so just as you walk in you get hit with a fresh stench of organic human BO. It’s really nice that they let the fetty addicts hang out, just makes it a little uncomfortable when you’re just trying to get a cup of joe. The crew here always seems like you are bothering them when you order anything. They seem like they can’t stand being here and it would really be difficult to crack a smile while serving super commercial industrial powdered coffee. This place is getting as bad as starbuckington

Variety of flavors to choose from, however it is an indulgence we visit infrequently due to the high calories in almost all of their drinks. Can't comment on their food as we only go there for their blended drinks.Dietary restrictions: The ingredients in their drinks are Halal per multiple scholars as they don't have significant amount of alcohol and otherwise have no animal or other Haram ingredients.
I asked for a lot of whipped cream. The baristas came through. 15/10, would get coffee here again.

I LOVE coffee bean. It is by far superior over the competitors. With this being one of the last coffee beans in Orange County i want to support it to help keep it around, but the staff make it really hard to do. My families favorite winter drink is the winter dream latte, I thought about purchasing 3-4 kits of vanilla and the tea for gifts this Christmas. The employees here make it EXTREMELY hard to want to support such business. I had questions on how to make the drink 2 scoops of vanilla or one? One bag of tea or two? The staff was unwilling to help and so rude. Like a little rude gang behind the counter. So I decided I'll grab myself a drink and spend my Christmas money else where. With that they were SO irritated with my existence they made my usual coffee order horribly. When asked to remake it because it tasted like water not coffee they remade it just as worse but in the other direction. When asked about a store manger they pointed to the name on the glass door giving ZERO sh*ts. Whoever manages and owns this location I hope they see this. This all happened on 12/12/23 at 9:00am check your staff. Working should be enjoyable! Life is too short To hate your job or treat people In this manner. If you feel like your job is bringing this out in you, please, find a new one!

I was able to come here late at night before they closed. The people were helpful and kind. I was also able to get a discount since I have the app. Got my drinks quickly. The store was very clean and they had decorated for the holidays so it was festive.

I walked into an empty coffee shop at 815am. I was surprised because I remember when Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf were always busy. Now I know why... I walked up to the counter and had no greeting. Not even eye contact. If I hadn't said anything, I would probably just stood there. I ordered a bagel and a coffee. No "Thank You"... nothing. He just turned around and started the bagel as I was using the CC processor. I guess he was done with me. A receipt wasn't even offered. Now bagel was handed within 7 minutes and coffee wasn't even started. No problem, mobile order was first. Coffee was good, but again, no thanks. No music, no warm, friendly atmosphere. I am done.

I stopped in Wednesday morning for a cold brew and they were very busy. The baristas were quick with my order and very kind. I ordered the wrong size and they were so patient and remade my drink with no problems.
Out of all the coffee beans I have gone to this one is the worst! The staff is always rude and seem like they absolutely hate their lives. Also there is always so many bum outside asking for money. I am obsessed with coffee beans pumpkin drink and got an email that today is the last day for it...the girl was so rude and snapped that it was out of season and roller her eyes and went back to whatever it was that she was doing. I called to the Yorba Linda location and they were happy to tell me they still have it!! Therefore I will NEVER come to this location ever again.

Once i walked in, i already noticed the long line waiting for their orders. Then i asked for a large pure dark chocolate ice blend (2 other locations priar say the same thing), we dont serve that anymore. I can get this dronk everywhere in the US except for LA? What is going on? I just asked nicely why they quit serving it since i just got one the other day in san diego. I just got, we dont do that here. Stop taking away things customers like.

I came in here to get a quick breakfast and coffee with my 2 cousins. We ordered and everything was fine until we started to receive our food. Serena had given 2 of our bagels and my cousins had went to go sit down as I waited for mine. I was waiting there for a good 5 mins and then she asks me "do you need something?" i said "my bagel" and she responded with "i gave it to your friend" i then said "there was 3" and she rolled her eyes and said "yeah i gave it to her". I dont understand why she would give it to them when she clearly saw me waiting for it. My cousins had also asked for a butter knife and she rudely responded with "it's in the bag". it wasn't. so when they asked for one again she gave them one and threw it on the table. In addition to all this the drinks were terrible. they were really overly sweet and some were super bitter. Nothing like other Coffee Beans. The lady's name is Serena. She is super rude and had a terrible attitude.

Bad customer service, ginger barista on the reg. needs training, he had an attitude with certain customers. Didn’t even acknowledge customers being there. C’mon dude you earn a paycheck from customers spending their money there. People aren’t getting it for free. Going to Starbucks next time.
