So I was in the area for work and had my lunch in my bus. Im a bus driver. I needed to go to the bathroom went in to this place asked if I could use the bathroom, it was an emergency had to go really bad. They would not let me mind you I love coffe so I was planning to buy some any way but I asked to please go first before I had an accident. They would not let me. As I was leaving one employee told me to go to habit and the lady that wouldn't let sarcastically yells out have a good day. Im in work uniform I parked right in front of the place they seen me get off the bus. I would have never had this problem at starbucks.

The lady at the register was so interested in her coworker she wasn’t even trying to help us. And then both employees were whispering after we placed our order. I don’t like living bad reviews but maybe these two employees should be retrained.

This company serves extremely hot coffee in cups that disintegrate around the seal and burn people’s hands. Making matters worse, they will inform you that they have a policy against double cupping their dangerous hot liquids, you know, to prevent you from getting hurt. So, they would rather save 5 cents rather than ensure the safety of their customers. Really, something needs to be done about this location, it’s reckless management, and it’s harmful and dangerous policies.

Won't be going back. Used to be my go to coffee spot several times a week. Customer service took a major dive during mid morning hours. I dont go back to places with bad Customer service, especially when appointed team leaders also exhibit poor customer service skills. Too many other places to choose from.

Had a special milk request on my drink. The cashier said she would pass along the info, and I tipped for their troubles. The cashier never moved or passed the info along. The drink was made incorrectly, spoke to barista about it. They were argumentative. I asked for manager, got a shift supervisor who just argued also. This used to be my favorite place for coffee, and I will never come back again. Unlike the cashier, I will be passing along the info to all my friends and family who come here, and also have many complaints. A simple milk request isn't worth all the arguing and inconvenience. Will be going to 7 leaves from now on. Thier coffee is always fabulous with customer service to match.

Unlimited Retail

Stopped here to grab a beverage during our drive from San Diego to LA. Needed to use the restroom badly due to the drive. Was told by Crystal that I had to wait in line to make a purchase before I could use the restroom. Because i didnt have to capacity to wait in line to use the restroom, I walked next door to Habit and the nice gentleman there allowed me to use it. I spent my money there. I don't recommend if Crystal is working.

The drinks at Coffee Bean are really good — I love their iced coffees and teas, and they have a nice variety without being overly sweet. The quality is consistent, and it’s a solid spot for a quick caffeine fix.

That said, the staff could be a lot friendlier. The vibe sometimes feels rushed or like they don’t really want to be there, which kind of affects the overall experience.

Good drinks, just wish the customer service matched.

I will never come to this location again. Would not let me and my daughter use the restroom until AFTER we made our purchase, and I was doing the pee pee dance! Would not let me add cold cream foam on the coffee I wanted?! Whaaat? Donna (the employee that took my order) was like a robot - Would not cater to any of my needs, even tho I was willing to pay - SUPER DISSAPOINTED that they allow employees to act like this, they just lost my business. Don't come to this location if customer service is important to you! I did not feel welcome here at all! I was treated like I was a homeless person just trying to use the restroom, ridiculous and unnecessary! I took my food purchase elsewhere. Not a good look for them...
