Quiet and nice. Coffee was wonderful with a nice selection of pedestrian traffic to silently study for signs of bad taste in dress.

I will never come to this location again. Would not let me and my daughter use the restroom until AFTER we made our purchase, and I was doing the pee pee dance! Would not let me add cold cream foam on the coffee I wanted?! Whaaat? Donna (the employee that took my order) was like a robot - Would not cater to any of my needs, even tho I was willing to pay - SUPER DISSAPOINTED that they allow employees to act like this, they just lost my business. Don't come to this location if customer service is important to you! I did not feel welcome here at all! I was treated like I was a homeless person just trying to use the restroom, ridiculous and unnecessary! I took my food purchase elsewhere. Not a good look for them...

How the employees pissed me off! I came for coffee, but I needed to use the restroom first because I was pressed. They didn’t let me in. I will never come here again.

Two doors north is a Corner Bakery and not a Manager running her mouth talking about everything she does when she is at home. From the time she gets there to the time she leaves, its Yak, Yak, Yak. Loud Yak, Yak, Yak. I use to come here to meet clients, have a cup of coffee and talk, but that does not work. All you can here is her running her mouth. I am now a Corner Bakery customer and its only 50 feet away.

Just go to Starbucks around the corner, staff here isn’t friendly and the coffee sucks

You know Coffee Bean is always delicious. However. Just because you know how to make an Americano doesn't make coffee expert! When we asked how the Cold Brew was roasted, the maker said it wasn't roasted, it was already grounded. What!?! Don't he know you got to roast before you grind? The lady behind the register though was as nice as a butterfly 🦋 👌! But anyway. The knowledge has to come with the making! Good coffee!

I went to this location at 5:53am on 2/24/25 and received very poor customer service by an employee with the name of “Liz” (dark hair, wearing a beanie). I am an EMT and was in uniform with my partner. Due to my medical condition I have to check my blood sugar before I taking food/drinks that contain sugar. I laid my glucometer out on the table and asked if I could use the restroom because I need to wash my hands for an accurate reading. Liz responded with attitude and said I had to buy something before I could use the restroom. I told her that we are going to be buying items right after and she still refused to let me use the restroom. I was unable to make a purchase without knowing if my blood sugar was too low or too high so my partner and I had no choice but to leave. I am very unsatisfied with your employees professionalism and demeanor. I encourage coffee bean to educate their employees on the importance of medical necessity and customer service that is up to par.

I don't like to leave negative reviews and I apologize for those who follow me due to my positive reviews and recommendations but I am absolutely disappointed about my experience at this facility. Donna is completely unfit for any leadership role--she lacks the professionalism, respect, and basic decency required to lead. No one should have to witness the blatant racism and classism I saw firsthand. It was disgusting and unacceptable. Seeing someone else be treated so poorly was enough for me to realize it could easily happen to me or anyone else. I refuse to support any place that allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know, and we will NEVER set foot in this facility again.

The purchase beverage first before using the bathroom policy is BS. I understand it with the location of the store however, the staff obviously thought I was riffraff and her tone towards me, affirm that.
It wasn’t so bad waiting for the five people in front of me to order a drink Before providing me with the coveted bathroom door opening. I thought the staff was absolutely Nasty when they did the same thing to a father and his five-year-old daughter when they asked to use the bathroom.
Coffee bean has really gone downhill and the staff is just unfriendly.
I will gladly drive past this company’s locations to find any other coffee place than coffee bean.
