When we asked how the Cold Brew was roasted, the maker said it wasn't roasted, it was already grounded. What!?! Don't he know you got to roast before you grind? The lady behind the register though was as nice as a butterfly 🦋 👌! But anyway. The knowledge has to come with the making! Good coffee!
