This used to be a Starbucks, but I much prefer this, the options are better. Drinks took around 5 minutes to get and it tasted great and was pretty affordable.
Got an original mocha with whipped cream. Was amazing. Quick service!
These people have very little customer service. Ordered a bagel and they were out of cream cheese, would not refund. Boba tea is very watered down and straw was not large enough to suck the tapioca balls through the straw. Please don't support this establishment. Better options just a short walk.
I got sick eating here.
EDIT: I reported it, corporate followed up quickly and professionally. I’ve recovered and appreciate their response.
Very kind barista . Thank you for your kind and friendly customer service.
SLOWEST Coffee Bean in the country! 15 minutes for a latte. Make sure you order way ahead of time
Antonio was awful, demeaning, and didn’t listen to our drink orders. We tried to order a chai; they were out but didn’t have that indicated anywhere, and when we tried to order it, Antonio got annoyed at us.
Science lesson for baristas: if someone asks for tea with milk, please allow the tea to steep for a minimum of 2-3 minutes before adding milk. The fat molecules in the milk prevent the tea from properly steeping, and then the result is water with milk in it. This should be part of their training but apparently it is not.
I had a small iced oat milk latte with two shots of espresso. It was delicious. Better than Starbucks. Small chewable ice too, great stuff.
Lowest sense of urgency I’ve seen - ever. Line through the terminal - 630am, 3 people working but moving at the speed of IDGAF. Laughing, chatting, doing misc things - all in slow motion. Really bad.

Flew into California. Ordered a flat white coffee near carousel 3. They didn't ask me about milk and I forgot to say. They made it with non-fat milk. I politely said I wouldn't be able to drink it. The guy who made it immediately said - do you want a refund? I asked if they had whole milk. He said yes but he already made it with the nonfat. So, in other words, he was not willing to make me another! It was so strange! He told me nonfat milk was default in all coffee places incl Starbucks and I should have said something. So... I took my refund including the tip. Welcome to California! Hahaha.

A fab alternative to Starbucks, though I do wish they offered soy milk.

I got a mango cold brew tea with brown sugar boba. The mango cold brew tea was great, but the boba was awful. Seems like they were using undercooked boba or day old because the shape of the pearls weren't round and the color wasn't uniform.

The pesto sandwich was alright, but their cold brew was pretty acidic. I don’t know how often they clean the room temperature carafe of half and half, but the thing was coated in a thick layer of dried milk. Very yucky :(

Absolutely burnt taste to the Americano. Had to dump the entire cup and order from elsewhere.
