Ordered Chai teas between flights. They were not good. They basically served hot water with a hint of Chai. At least it was hot.

Was charged for something I did not order and the person behind the counter would not correct. Made my drink incorrectly then Remade incorrectly and the barista told me they made my drink twice I need to pick one. My drink is not complicated hot venti triple skinny vanilla latte. Not hard. And it was not busy. I did not appreciate the rudeness, the overcharge, and the lack of work ethic.

love the coffee here
Disappointed at the several minute wait and then more disappointment with the taste of the coffee which is bitter but not dark. Maybe they want me to try the tea. There was not a line but there was a reason for no line.

I can’t say much about the other drinks, but I have had matcha at this place before and it wasn’t bad. It must have just been the airport idk what I really expected but it wasn’t this. The drink wasn’t bad, it tasted like a vanilla bean crème frap from Starbucks. So if this stops someone from getting a coconut matcha ube drink I hope it helps.

I’ve come here a few times just because the limited options but loud techno rave music and ride baristas.
Beware with this company, I was double charged and they are making it impossible. I emailed them my receipt and bank statement. Their response back was I unhelping, saying to call the cafe in which you can’t. I tried to call their help line which just tells you to email. Very disappointing and wrong on the company.

I stopped by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Terminal 3 at SNA before my flight and decided to try the Vietnamese Cold Brew. It was surprisingly strong and flavorful, bold cold brew mixed with sweetened condensed milk, giving it that classic rich and creamy taste you'd expect. It was a great pick-me-up after a long day of travel. The flavor was on point, but fair warning: it’s not for the faint of heart. This drink packs a serious caffeine punch, so it’s best to sip slowly. The service was quick and efficient, which is what you want in an airport setting, though nothing overly friendly or standout. It's just a grab your drink and go place. Overall, I’d definitely grab one again if I’m passing through. It was a much better option than Starbucks since there was no line up.

This used to be a Starbucks, but I much prefer this, the options are better. Drinks took around 5 minutes to get and it tasted great and was pretty affordable.

Got an original mocha with whipped cream. Was amazing. Quick service!
These people have very little customer service. Ordered a bagel and they were out of cream cheese, would not refund. Boba tea is very watered down and straw was not large enough to suck the tapioca balls through the straw. Please don't support this establishment. Better options just a short walk.
I got sick eating here.
EDIT: I reported it, corporate followed up quickly and professionally. I’ve recovered and appreciate their response.
Very kind barista . Thank you for your kind and friendly customer service.
SLOWEST Coffee Bean in the country! 15 minutes for a latte. Make sure you order way ahead of time
