Disappointed at the several minute wait and then more disappointment with the taste of the coffee which is bitter but not dark. Maybe they want me to try the tea. There was not a line but there was a reason for no line.
I can’t say much about the other drinks, but I have had matcha at this place before and it wasn’t bad. It must have just been the airport idk what I really expected but it wasn’t this. The drink wasn’t bad, it tasted like a vanilla bean crème frap from Starbucks. So if this stops someone from getting a coconut matcha ube drink I hope it helps.
I stopped by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Terminal 3 at SNA before my flight and decided to try the Vietnamese Cold Brew. It was surprisingly strong and flavorful, bold cold brew mixed with sweetened condensed milk, giving it that classic rich and creamy taste you'd expect.
