First time here and Santa helped me pick my 2 bowls very easily and told me all my options. She was very kind and patient, knowledgeable and I had a great experience here. Thank you Santa and the chef for being part of my good day. I'll be back because of them.

This Flame Broiler location is clean with fast service and good portions of food. I like the fact that it is in the same shopping center as Target. There is plenty of parking and the staff is courteous. Go with the white rice, veggies, onions and choice of protein and don’t forget the magic sauce!

I asked for my bowl to be well done over the phone. Once I picked my bowl up, it was not well done so, so I asked if it could be remade.They gave me attitude, and instead of remaking the bowl I ordered, they just scraped the tofu off the top of my bowl tried to cook it more on their grill. Yet, after I received the bowl again, it was still not well done. Please train your cooks on what well done is, and that placing things on the grill after they’ve been hand out is UNSANITARY.

The meat is extra dry. Chicken was alright. When I asked for more magic Sause, they started charging me for each little cup since it looks like 1 bowl comes with only 1 sauce. This is the only location where they have charged me for the magic sauce.
