Everything okay but if I’m comparing the new steakhouse char melt to the old steak sandwich, this is totally rip off with half meat and half mushrooms

Great food but the burgers DO NOT BEAT In & Out Burger. Shakes are not as creamy as they used to be, it seems like more water is added less milk

I come here whenever I need a quick satisfying bite to eat. Their char burgers are just amazing! The staff are friendly and the portion sizes are perfect. I leave happy and full every time.

Kid-friendliness: Great sized kids meal! I've bought them on occasion for myself since the nuggets are the same as if you were to order as a side.

In general the food is very good and the price is more or less high but it is worth it, and it is in a very quiet place I liked it

Ordered food to go got back to work a few blocks from there opened the burger it was so soggy that the patty fell through the bottom bun what a joke and waste of money won't be going there again.

Got the code to the restroom was wrong asked multiple times if they could just unlock it because the code they gave me clearly doesn’t open the door, nothing. Good staff and great food just a wierd situation to be In had to just leave and go to another restroom near by.

I took a friend here who never visited The Habit Burger Grill before. We both enjoyed the burgers and the onion rings. I have never had a bad meal from this chain.

Parking: The mall is very crowded so parking can be challenging.

People make all the difference in the world, and the people managing and taking care of this particular location need to remember the customers all customers need to be treated in a manner consistent of respect and homage.

I certainly did not expect less than the standard, I was truly disappointed.
Avoid this location.

Ordered curbside because I could not leave the car. I was alerted that my meal was ready. 5 minutes went by. 10 minutes went by. I saw the workers inside organizing and cleaning up, but no one brought the meal to the curbside. Had to go in myself and they claimed that they were experiencing a rush. Yet no one was in the store at the time. Poor service.
