The burger is good but the service is not the best we were eating and the supervisor approached us and told us that they close at 9:00 pm, we checked the hours of operation on the website for the specific location and it says 10:00 pm they started to clean and we couldn’t even finish our drinks because we had to leave. Not a good experience.

I ordered a double meat hamburger, with cheese and bacon and I received 2 wheels of meat with lettuce, I asked for napkins and they gave me ONE NAPKIN, apart from the fact that they gave me a hamburger which was not the one I ordered, they gave me a napkin which is something brutal I will not eat in this store again, I ordered it through Door Dash

I went to your location in Santa Ana on Bristol St. on August 30th at 7:30 PM. I ordered a double charburger with cheese and two ice cream cones. When my daughter went to the counter to pick up her double charburger and asked for a ranch , she came back to my table, and she said that they were charging .50 cents. I went to the counter. I spoke to a manager her name was Esmeralda, and I informed the manager that we had never paid for ranch. And she told me that it was 50 cents.I told her That's if she's gonna charge a few cents for ranch cause I'm paying over $10.00 dollars for a double charburger with cheese. I asked her if she's going to charge me .50 cents that I didn't want to do business with Habit Burger and very rudely without saying a word. She opened the cash register and proceeded to give me my money back. I can assure you that I will be deleting the app. I will be telling my daughter's, wife and friend's along with any social media platforms about this terrible experience.

They close at 10pm but when you walk in at 9pm they rush you out with only to go orders. And the iced-tea is gone & so are all the condiments. Need to adjust hours of operation to CLOSES AT 9PM bcuz all the employees have clearly checked out already.
