Stopped byto check them out because the reviews looked good. There wasn't much parking so I pulled it to the back parking they had.. they had a ton of exposed meat sitting in the back of an suv with flys all over the place taking trips into the restaurant bringing it in. Disgusting and a health hazard, I have video of this if anyone tries to dispute it.

It has a mom and pop feel. It was super clean and inviting. The food was spectacular! My hubby and I both loved our burgers. Our waitress was on top of everything and so nice. I would recommend going and would definitely go again.

This place is right on the corner from me, I had a bad experience with the taco truck that’s on the side of them. I don’t recommend it. I came to the house a Burgers. They were fast to tell me an even though it had nothing to do with them and it was a different business. They apologized and Melanie is one of the cashiers there. She has the best service ever. I needed two more dollars for my order and she told me I could just bring it next time she remembers faces she’s very kind 10 out of 10 recommend this place. It feels like you’re at home they attend to your needs. If it’s hot if you need water they’re always on.

I placed and order through their website ordering system, not the third party apps. No one ever got back to me about the order. After waiting an hour, I called, and the cashier didn't even know anything about the ordering system available through their own website. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused telling me he wouldn't be available until tomorrow afternoon. I asked how to get my money back from the order I placed on their website, and she said I would have to call my bank to cancel it. So they don't know anything about their website, and don't have managers available at all times? What kind of two-bit joint is this place? Pathetic and incompetent.

I LOVE this place !! i don't live near santa ana but whenever i do go, i always come to the house of burger. the food here is delicious, i really love their breakfast and the burgers. i would recommend coming here if you're in OC and want some good food.
