Love this family run food truck and the fact that there is a gluten friendly option with the cheesesteak fries and Reuben loaded fries. The owners are so sweet and even made us loaded tots one day when they we're running low on some ingredients. Follow them on IG to get updates on location and schedule. Highly recommend for anyone working or living in the Santa Ana Civic Center during lunch time.

Easily the worst food truck experience ever. 4th of July 2023, Newport Dunes:All prices were blank, and we paid $63 for 2 Philly cheesesteaks, one portion of regular fries, and a teeny tiny container of jalapeño slices (no drinks).We paid cash: no receipt was given (consistent with someone pocketing the money and not ringing it up).Surprisingly, the food was ready within seconds, and when we got to the table and started to eat, we realized why: it had been pre-prepared, was not hot, fries stale, bread was like an old crumbly sponge, falling apart.The "cheese" was something resembling liquid plastic.My best guess: whoever ordered the food before us found out about the ridiculous prices, and wasn't as hungry as we were. In hindsight I wish we'd left with a "are you out of your mind?!!", and eaten at a different food truck (they all had their - reasonable - prices on the display).

I had their Classic Cheesesteak at the 2023 4th of July food truck at Newport Dunes. The sandwich was really terrible. I paid for extra meat and I got extra onions and green peppers instead. They ran out of real cheese and were using cheese wiz but the sandwich was still $22. There were no mushrooms in it like shown on their menu photo. The bread was lousy. Overall the whole thing was almost disgusting. Sad excuse for a cheese steak.

The cheese steak was amazing! They said it was the half or small but that thing was ore then enough for one person. Will definitely be coming back.

I really wanted to like them more than I did, and maybe cause I had been hunting them down and going out of my way I had higher expectations. Ever since I moved to the OC I have been looking for two things, a really bomb thai place and an awesome Philly cheesesteak. I am still on the lookout for both if y'all have any recommendations.I've made a few attempts and still haven't had a Philly cheesesteak from here... they ran out apparently... and then another time they had COVID so they didn't show up? And another time they just weren't there? Super flakey about locations and where they're gonna be so make sure to check on their Instagram or call? (I tried but they didn't pick up) I tried their shrimp po boy, it was okay... the shrimp was tasty, but just wasn't anything special. The pastrami fries were okay as well. The Hat is better (I don't even enjoy the Hat like that but theirs is better) I didn't enjoy the cut of their fries and they were limp and the sauce on top wasn't interesting or lending any flavor.I guess if I stumble upon them again at Chapman Crafted again I'll try and get a Philly cheesesteak if they aren't "sold out".

Amazing cheesesteak. I found this place through off the menu, and when ordering a Philly cheesesteak, they gave us a generous portion of meat and bell peppers. Never have I had a cheesesteak at a food truck until now, and it's definitely on point. I would definitely go there again and try out their pastrami sandwich

The food is the best in town! My wife have visited their food truck in Irvine multiple times and they never disappoint. Mario and his wife go out of their way to treat every customer as part of their family. I recommend checking them out ASAP you won't regret it.Their bread is amazing and my wife would eat it alone if she could. However, if you want the full treatment I highly recommend Philly turkey my wife's go to and I love the Mr. Reuben. If you are a serious foodie you have to try their Philly Cheesesteak Fries!!!!
