Specialized Mexican coffee. Very charming. Inside couch waiting area. Outside seating. In Historical Santa Anna downtown district. Lots of free parking. Next to the beautiful Superior Grocery. I tried the daily batch brew. It was great.

Great tasting coffee. Just wanted to let any lactose people know website list dairy substitutes for the coffee, but they dont do that in-store. Sometimes wait time can be a little long.

Coffee is decent BUT the place is DIRTY, dirty glass dirty sticky floors, just filthy all around. We walked in to 3 employees on their phones instead of getting to work on making the place look presentable.I will not be returning here. 👎

Place is very nice and clean. Service was friendly but not in the sense of giving the customer what they want. When an order is not done right, it should be redone, not scooped out of a cup as in my experience. All I asked for in my Order was not given, as if they did not understand my order. Drink was nothing but a sugar bomb, nothing at all of what was asked. Quite disappointing.

When someone places an order, pay attention and make the order correctly. Don’t get upset when it’s brought back because it was made wrong.

Good place to work/study with outlets! Only thing is it smelled pretty bad where I sat, would be nicer if they cleaned after homeless people used the area.

tierra mia! been here many times through the months. love their horchata latte. i could drink a whole bunch of those. on the other hand, i admit, i really didn't like their tres leches latte.

service can be mixed and can take a while at times. pastries are pretty sweet - chocolate croissant is solid. chocolate tres
leches muffin was pretty good and moist, but so, so sweet. indoor seating is not bad, but a little cramped.

in short, love the horchata latte, but that's most of what i'd recommend? i think it's still better than your average coffee chain.

One of the best in terms of coffee spots. A good place to study and do homework as well. I like it better than Starbucks
