Great authentic food. I will recommend coming here
Definitely the Best cakes in Santa Ana!
A family favorite for over 30 years
This bakery, the employees are very rude, they think they are the owners.
The bakery has delicious bread. I love their mini conchas for 0.60 cents and bollios 3 for a $1. They don't accept eBT SNAP for food though. 🥹. Only cash and credit.

Bad service, very high price for a tres leches cake, pure bread and no milk in the bread. It was all dry like regular psn and no flavor, not even the meringue, just color. Very bad quality. I don't recommend it.
I had to pay $3 for a box to carry what I bought, what? The only reason I needed a box is because I bought almost $30 of merchandise, to make customers pay for a box is ridiculous. They lost a customer today.

I walked in to the bakery 5 min before they were going to close. Great customer service. I wasn't rushed. Good pastries. I'll be going back real soon

My daughter wanted a tres leches cake for her birthday. This is the bakery we normally go for our pan-dulce( Mexican sweet bread) so I asked if they could make me a cake. I saw one in their display case and asked if they could make it tress laches in a different color. The cashier said she wouldn’t be able to make it. The Baker came out from the back and said we can definitely make it and she did not disappoint.

I used to come here back in the late 90' and early 00' there was always fresh bread no matter the time. I stopped coming here in the late 00' as this stopped being the norm. I have tried it on a few different occasions since then and I always run into stale bread. Today was no different stale bread and some burnt. I don't know if they only bake in the morning and by early evening it's all stale. I can say that the bread I got today seems like it was baked yesterday. I don't think I will be back. I miss the days that there was baking multiple times a day and the humidity from the warm fresh bread would make you feel like a hot stuffy summer day in Texas.
