Trust is a restaurant that redefines all others. The concept of a pre-order and trust-us-you’ll-love-it concept for fine dining is absolutely brilliant. Love the family-dining setup where everybody sits at a L-shaped bar looking into the wonder that is the open style chef’s kitchen. The food is expertly inspired and impossibly delectable. Every dinner is different, and the variety keeps you craving more and more. The fantastic wine (and sometimes cocktail) pairing that goes with each 12+ course means you will need to Uber, because there’s no way you are leaving any of the wine in that glass. Trust’s sommelier is top-notch and paired each wine perfectly. The main draw here though is the chance to be regaled by Chef’s explanation of each course. It’s a night filled with irreverent, comedic, and incredible knowledgeable, such that you will come away feeling like you just attended a brash stand-up comedy about culinary genius. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!

Awesome chef omakase experience. No menu only trusting them to feed you well. I enjoyed it all and best meal I've had in a while. It was seafood night and I enjoyed it all. All the wine pairings were great as well. The bread and the dessert pastry were out of control. I would love to come back for steak night or just trust night to see what else they can come up with. Chef Ryan and Chef Justin kicked some major butt!

I love this place. Good food everytime! Cocktails are amazing. Atmosphere is semi speak easy. The owner chats with you and tells you all about the food you are eating. Everyone I go it's a different menu. Membership based restaurant. Best idea ever! No wait, I always have a table.

Good. Not great. For the entry price it’s not excellent. I’ve been too many other multicourse meal restaurants that have been less expensive better service. This place has excellent courses, but not the best . It does seem rushed. They keep the food coming and coming can’t enjoy your meal. The drinks are poured sloppily spilling wine all over the table. They invite you to visit the bar/restaurant next-door, which has terrible service if you’re not a member. It was a fun experience, but I would not be back nor would I recommend.

Trust in Santa Ana offers a truly unforgettable dining experience. This intimate restaurant seats about 16 guests at a time, creating a cozy and interactive atmosphere. The chefs prepare each of the 12 courses right in front of you, turning the meal into a an interactive culinary experience.

Every dish I tried was delicious, with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the local farmers market. I loved seeing the care and creativity that went into each plate, it made the experience feel personal and special.

It was definitely a unique night out, though I do wish that we didn’t have to share plates, and that each person received their own individual serving for those moments. Still, the flavors and presentation were amazing, and the passion of the chefs truly shined through.

Hands down a true culinary journey through food and storytelling, Chef Kyle McClelland's experience and artistry shine throughout the evening. From delicate scallops and imported French prawns to salsify and swordfish, he treated each course with refinement and intriguing flavor profiles. And caviar!--Need I say more?! Our favorites included the handmade pasta stuffed with short rib and the lamb chops, which were altogether astounding at just how tender, non-gamey and delectable they were. The desserts were like little streams of consciousness entering your mouth with every bite. The Kouign-Amann was the best pastry we've had since visiting France.

This intimate 18-seater restaurant gives you direct access to speak with the chefs and watch some of the kitchen magic. The wine parings are on point. The atmosphere is inviting and enthralling. Don't forgo visiting DTTN 2.0 next door either before or after your meal (entrance is included with the purchase of your meal at TRUST). The cocktails are superb and owner/operator Jason Quinn is on hand to exceed your expectations of service.

Sad to write this post as my friend and I were highly anticipating this restaurant and were both disappointed. The place is overhyped and it’s a complete joke.
Food is an art and an expression. Yet, the chef shows no love or passion in what he creates and especially for the people he cooks for in his restaurant. There was not a care in the world from anybody that works here…
Also, the food was incredibly bland and it was disgusting. A waste of my time and money that I will never get back. Unprofessional team and the food served doesn’t represent the cost of service or quality.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit TRUST twice and was blown away each time. The entire experience is thought through and designed for each guest to blown away. The wine pairings were such a wonderful touch. The food is next level and something to be savored. You can feel the love and passion from everyone on the staff. If you’ve been thinking of visiting, stop thinking and make the reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

The chef is full of himself and aggressive. He cannot stand the idea of people actually wanting to talk to each other while eating. I honestly never spent so much to be treated rudely

You should consider your reservation to Trust as a dinner show starring master chef Justin, sous chef Kyle, wine expert Trish and Jared, the man that makes things happen. This 13 course diner show included the absolute best bread in town, duck, steak and ravioli amongst others, finished with three different desserts. Chef Justin told story with each course served, the wine was not just served, Trish gifted with love. So did the deserts, you can tell that Kyle had poured his heart and soul into the sweets.Be on time for your reservation and bring a hungry appetite. It is worth it.

Delicious and unique experience. Each course offers a different flavor. The chefs make you feel like you have known them for forever and encourage conversation and questions. This is great place for a date night.
