Clean respectful Waba Grill. People there were kind and hard working. The inside was clean and represents a well run operation. Food is on par with Waba Grill.

I placed an order online and they keep saying my order wasn’t there and that I canceled the order. I didn’t I place the order online with ample time and they were more occupied with a big order than to resolve the issue. Very bad customer service never going here again.

Meat and chicken with some teriyaki and rice makes the day great

They seem to favor those who call to order versus those who actually show up and are physically waiting in line. Food is ok, but customer service sucks.

all waba grills taste the same I guess but this waba is the WORST one I’ve ever gone to if I could I’d give ZERO stars!! 1. Probably the store owner/manager is so rude!! also you will NEVER get anything for free like those dumplings from your receipt he will make you buy a bowl even though it’s no purchase necessary and don’t even bother asking corporate for anything because they don’t do anything either this guy also raised the prices on the bowls ??? is that even possible ? all the wabas have the same price except his !!! Also he didn’t even want to sell me the darn dumplings by saying there was none, the cooks actually had to step in and say that there was indeed and he HAD to sell them to me 2. The cooks definitely deserve a raise they’re the ones who work hard and actually try to please the customers. 3. AVOID THIS PLACE ITS TERRIBLE !!!

Can I have a half star? There was one worker working on all the orders. It was super busy and I swear I saw one of the employees in the back sitting at a chair on their phone. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen... the employees who do the orders really should get a raise because I feel their pain. I kept wondering if the manager was the one in the back because who else would have the power to just sit on their phone?

I agree with a comment I read that said something seems off about this location. The last 3 times I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl and each time, the flavor was off from every other waba I have been to. Once I receive the order today, I open it right in front of the male cashier (owner) and asked if this is sweet and spicy sauce. He said yes it is and proceeded to move along with another customer. I highly doubt he is even allowing his cooks to use the ingredients necessary. Possibly to save on overhead. Lost a customer for life. Going to the location in Fountain Valley on my lunch's now!

HORRIBLE! I work down the street and order almost everyday - today I came to pick up my order but I ordered on the website so when I walked in I asked if this was the right addresss as there is 3 waba grills in the area and I'm on lunch. The chef proceeds to start shaking his head as saying things under his breathe and I said I was just making sure this was the right address - he continues to shake his head then starts talking in Spanish on how I am a stupid black girl and how impatient I am and how too good I am to wait - then the girl who works behind the counter starts to join in . The whole time the owner standing there - I asked the owner if there was an issue and he ignored me / the whole situation. Absolutely disgusted at this racist display all over what ? - will be calling corporate

As much as I love Waba Grill, I am now no longer a fan of this location. Similarly to a review I just read 3 months ago, the male Asian cashier did the same exact thing to me. Not only does he try to upsell you sides without telling you that they cost more, but he also flat out rejected my $5 coupon for no reason. It was perfectly valid, not expired, and there was nowhere in writing that said I couldn't use it. I'm a huge fan of mobile apps/couponing and I've used this app perfectly fine at this location before when somebody else helped me out. I also asked for more sauce (I had a HUGE order) and he literally told me he put more sauce, even though it was barely any. I don't normally like writing negative reviews unless I've had a bad taste in my mouth, and ironically, the owner (not the food) left just that. Will not be coming back to this particular location. Stay away.

Wasn't impressed. Paid $10 for a half and half bowl with barely any meat (all rice) the Asian guy at the register will try to up sell you fur veggies and avocado. Says no to both. Just didn't feel I got my money's worth with a bowl of predominantly rice. Won't be coming back.

My bowl was surprisingly good. Don't mind the industrial location. The cooks do a really good job.
