I got the chicken veggie bowl at 7:45pm. There was barely any sauce in the bowl and the cabbage was barely cooked. When I came in at 7:45 the grills were already cleaned so apparently they dont make your order fresh. Very dissatisfied since ive had better bowls at different locations. Will never go back to this location again

I rarely come here and don’t know the menu. Ordered something and then said just no cabbage. Was told it’s too late because I didn’t order veggies. People are rude. Okay whatever. Then got iced tea and they have no sugar. Asked and was told they don’t have any. Can you check or?

The food, above all, is very bad, the meats only taste like teriyaki sauce, it's like you're only eating that sauce. I also ate dumplings but they had no flavor. In reality, it's a very bad meal. I won't return to this restaurant franchise.

This location is very close to me but every time I go in is always a problem-with with my order when I ask the staff to fix my order and the cashier have an attitude and always get bad chicken. There is only one lady always nice and very professional but the rest off the staff need too get traning on how to treat customer and provide great customer. I rather drive to other location.
