They suck. Placed an order for delivery and they delivered to the wrong address.NO ONE at Wendy's would help nor would they provide the number for Doordash. Never going back to Wendy's on 17th. You all suck.

Today I picked up an order for a fleet service provider. This nice young guy informed me that the order was still in process so I said thank you. Then the branch Hispanic manager took over on the order and I asked her to confirm if this was my customers order. She was perhaps distracted but I had to ask her multiple times until she learned I was asking for the order. She then realized. That order was not complete. As I waited for the rest of the order she whispered to the male employee, maybe he forgot Spanish. I don’t know where this came from, or she may be under the impression her customers need to talk her language. I found this very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from the manager in charge. We have reported this incident to our Restaurant Operations team and fleet services providers that do business with this specific branch to take action. Hopefully she may be able to correct her behavior.

Yes!!! I was surprised, but then I wasnt? I dont know what to say. My lettuce wrap burger was perfect, my spicy nuggets hot, my chili delicious. I have to admit, every Wendy’s that I’ve been to has great service, and the staff has always been kind, but what this location did…. How beautifully they presented my food tray to me, I couldn’t help but smile and let them know I thank and appreciate all of them. I also want to thank whoever is training because everyone is well trained and kind, across all locations. Wendy’s has always made my food request custom to my preference. Thank you Wendy’s Team and Teams.
