Today I picked up an order for a fleet service provider. This nice young guy informed me that the order was still in process so I said thank you. Then the branch Hispanic manager took over on the order and I asked her to confirm if this was my customers order. She was perhaps distracted but I had to ask her multiple times until she learned I was asking for the order. She then realized. That order was not complete. As I waited for the rest of the order she whispered to the male employee, maybe he forgot Spanish. I don’t know where this came from, or she may be under the impression her customers need to talk her language. I found this very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from the manager in charge. We have reported this incident to our Restaurant Operations team and fleet services providers that do business with this specific branch to take action. Hopefully she may be able to correct her behavior.

Yes!!! I was surprised, but then I wasnt? I dont know what to say. My lettuce wrap burger was perfect, my spicy nuggets hot, my chili delicious. I have to admit, every Wendy’s that I’ve been to has great service, and the staff has always been kind, but what this location did…. How beautifully they presented my food tray to me, I couldn’t help but smile and let them know I thank and appreciate all of them. I also want to thank whoever is training because everyone is well trained and kind, across all locations. Wendy’s has always made my food request custom to my preference. Thank you Wendy’s Team and Teams.

Annoying about this store lobby close at 10:30pm I came at 10:25pm Lobby closed
As a DoorDash driver most annoying thing about these employees telling you to confirm knowing that we’re not going to get paid for it. I mean we’re independent contractor we aren’t employees
Get home to find they've only given me 3 nuggets. Is it really that hard to count to 4? The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was rotten and brown. Disgusting. Not my first issue at this location either, I've gotten rotten lettuce here before. THROW AWAY ROTTEN FOOD, DON'T SERVE IT TO CUSTOMERS. Serving rotten food seems to be the norm at Wendy's now. Are the store owners that cheap, or do the workers just not care? I've worked in fast food and would NEVER serve brown rotten lettuce. Prices are out of control. App is horrible. Used to love Wendy's but it's gone way down hill

Walked into the Wendy’s, the gentleman that was there he welcomed me then there was a lady name Eugenia very disrespectful very rude very unpleasant. Very unkind. She was pretty much disrespectful. She refuse service to me.
