Decent. Not all my pretzels tasted the same. Some of the pretzels were stale. Probably won't go back but this location isn't close to my home so no biggie. The service was good.

The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. It was like heaven in every bite ????My son and I ate everything except the salted minis. There were way too many. They give you a huge portion!

The employees by the food court are amazing but the pretzel stand that’s next to forever 21 that lady was rude when i asked the price difference politely. Instead of handing out the reciept she threw the receipt at the counter . That is not ok y’all need to check up on her Becouse her attitude is disrespectful.

Pretzels hit the spot when you are looking for a fun snack after walking all over the mall. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating around the counter. A bit steep on the price.

i think she was a manager but i asked about my employee mall discount and she didn't give me the discount said "next time it takes to long to undo everything" when i've never had that issue with their employees they always give me the mall discount. maybe it was because i wasn't wearing my lanyard but still before ive never had that issue. she asked where i work and i told her. i would never lie about working at a mall for a discount it just felt very rude of her for no reason. since i work retail i get it ppl have bad days but its no excuse to be rude to customers. this happened at around 8:20pm on friday:(((

I’m not sure if the place is under new ownership or the new people just don’t know how their own system works. They offer fresh or frozen lemonade with boba, but the owner refused to provide it. She made a completely different drink than what was asked and told me to mix it with the lemonade I wanted. They didn’t know any of what they were selling. I was here a couple months ago and I got the drink I originally wanted. The lady’s husband didn’t know how to work the register and just kept telling people that there was something wrong with their credit cards. The same man kept changing the charges on our receipt. At the end I just wanted to pay an leave.

Would not honor rewards app and scan does not work and employees are obnoxious hides napkins from people so do not have to refill. If company goes down eventually due to workers; these employers do not fathom that workers are creating loss or even closure
Pretty decent place, one of the a few places to get good pretzels that are made fresh. The only thing that I didn't like was one employee was walking around with her water bottle then goes underneath the table to put it away and then wipes her nose with her fingers and comes back up without washing her hands which was disgusting. She then takes a towel to wipe the area she was working at. They had a line of at least 12 people waiting and you would think instead of having five different people standing around or waiting for something, help the cashier bag the pretzels or fill a drink or something.
