A little overpriced for a simple small mustard hotdog! The mango lemoande was good though but filled with so much ice, that filled most of the container. Customer service was really nice and welcoming

We ordered six hot dogs. We asked for two of them to be relish. Only two of them. Instead of just two they took all of the hot dogs and made them all relish. We do not enjoy relish only one person enjoys relish in this group. They messed up the entire order. They even clarified when ordered that we in fact only got two relish dogs. They gave us six relish dogs. We do not want six relish dogs we want two relish dogs. This place used to be great, it isn't anymore. Times have changed in this place has changed for the worst. RIP this location, wouldn't go again. Also who puts ketchup and mustard on sour crout hot dogs..?

I physically had to update the store hours for them since they can't do it themselves. How hard is it to do it? I did it in about 2 minutes. The dining hours are from opening to 8 pm every day of the week. So I don't know how many people have come here like me, totally misled by false hours, wasting my time, gas and now have the hassle to find something else to eat at almost midnight so now. Lame as hell!

So apparently this location neglected to update their hours online or take levels of hunger and didn't want to update their hours listed on Google Maps so we drove all the way over here for no reason at all and are still hungry and now missed the window for a few other places that were supposed to be open late because we came here hoping they would be open as their time states that they are open so apparently hours of obviously changed and I think that Wienerschnitzel should apologize
Came to the drive on 06/06 and they forgot my chili cheese burger but the young lady in front Yuvi helped me out on 06/07 by fixing the problem and I got my burger. Thank you very much for the world class customer service

The hotdogs were good as usual. However the service was very slow. It took them a while just to come onto the speakers to take my order. And the restaurant itself and its surroundings look run down. I don't understand Wienerschnitzel's strategy of closing all of their restaurants in Irvine and Newport Beach while keeping rundown locations like this one open.

Please don’t ever take yourself or anyone you care for to this location. As I was waiting for my corn dog and dipped cone I noticed that the kid kept wiping his nose very deeply. Along with the older gentlemen. No gloves were seen at this location. The new female employee had just started and I saw her cooking with no gloves and she kept wiping her hands on her pants.
The ice cream was not cold enough to be dipped and was soup by the time we got it. The oil for the corn dog was not hot enough and the batter was saturated with oil. There was a huge dent in the corn dog.
These people are not running am sanitary show and are going to get people sick. We threw away our food. Looking back, we should just left and let them keep the $7.
Really have never experienced anything like this before. Please please don’t go here people 🙏🏽
