Came to the drive on 06/06 and they forgot my chili cheese burger but the young lady in front Yuvi helped me out on 06/07 by fixing the problem and I got my burger. Thank you very much for the world class customer service

The hotdogs were good as usual. However the service was very slow. It took them a while just to come onto the speakers to take my order. And the restaurant itself and its surroundings look run down. I don't understand Wienerschnitzel's strategy of closing all of their restaurants in Irvine and Newport Beach while keeping rundown locations like this one open.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean location.

Parking: Located in a business area. Several parking spaces along side and across the driveway

Kid-friendliness: Kids would enjoy the food.
