My daughter and I LOVED our Wingstop experience today 8/14/25 at the Santa Ana, Macarthur Blvd location at 6:45pm. It was our first time ordering at this location. I had just picked my daughter up from her volleyball game and she was famished. A Wingstop near her new school was what she wanted. And she wasn't disappointed. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Antonio and Dulce. I thought one of them said "Hello, welcome to Wingstop", or something similar. We felt welcomed right away. Both were friendly, while being professional. Antonio was patient with us while we were looking for what my daughter wanted to try and patiently explained to me what the Combo meal included. Dulce then was quick and efficient in having our food prepared. Within minutes, our combo meal came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What stood out most was how friendly the staff at this location was. My daughter commented "they are all so nice here." And they looked like they worked well as a team, staying upbeat and making sure every customer was taken care of. I thought that this location's staff, represented by Antonio and Dulce's responsive and friendly service, aligned and represented well, Wingstop's core values of being "Service-minded" and providing excellent customer experiences. Shoutout to both of them for their great attitudes and excellent service. We'lll definitely be coming back because of this experience and recommending this Wingstop location to the other moms at our school nearby. Oh, and the food, was hot and delicious!

My absolute favorite Wingstop location. Wings are bigger than other locations most of the time. Custom orders are taken care of. Fresh hot and steamy wings. Nice staff.
I ordered food from here and the chicken was raw the people are very cool and nice but the food I got wasn't good at all the fries were a bit cold and the chicken in my chicken sandwich was raw and not well cooked

This is for the pricing. It was just last year that the 10 piece wing was $10.99 total out to be $12-13 after tax. Which is reasonable I think. Now, they raised it to where the same total out to be $16+. I just don’t get these places, Covid is way over, does employee wage go up for restaurant? Are they now making $20/hr ? Has the chicken price at vendor or market gone up? If labor and chicken price had not gone up, then there’s no reason to keep raising price and put it on consumers. So that instead of eating more we just eat less many times now. Overall, you still lose money.

This is my go Wingstop when I'm craving wings. They're always consistent with service and quality of the food. A couple other locations opened closer to where I live, but they don't have it together like this location (yet).Make sure to order ahead so you don't have to wait around too long. It's a small location (like most), so do us all a favor and order ahead.
