It is a mom & pop historical spot in SA, so don’t expect a fancy place or a cool looking “gourmet” burger, I’ve been going there for awhile and I really like it, my honest opinion ?

This place is usually busy at lunch so I stopped by for breakfast. The menu is full of items and they have lists for the breakfast and lunch specials. I ordered the Yellow Basket mega breakfast burrito. The size of it was huge and full inside with nice chunks of jalapeno, not wet, soggy or too dry. I would get this again

I just went right now the fries really salty and dryI could hear what the cashier was saying there was no drinks only icetea. Cashier really ruth. And there was hair on my daughers fries

We were in town from Arizona and wanted try a local spot for breakfast. Last time we were here we went to I Heart Pancakes, which was great. I saw Yellow Basket online, and decided to go here. We were expecting a sit down place instead of a fast food type. The pics looked good online so we proceeded to order for our family of 7. I wanted the chicken fried steak, but was told they didn't have any gravy for it. NO GRAVY??? So that meant my next choice of biscuits and gravy was a no go either. I made a split second decision on the steak burrito. Regretfully. The steak had no seasoning. Matter of fact...none of the food had seasoning. Not even the so called "Salsa"(watery red stuff with some tomatillo seeds in it).. NO FLAVOR, NOT EVEN A BIT SPICY! My son's California omelet was more like an overcooked flat bunch of hard eggs with some ingredients thrown in, and avocado on top. (As pictured, I couldn't even cut it for him to eat, it was like leather). Also pictured.. the sausage links that looked like they were cooked last week, and then cooked again, to serve today. My daughters ham n egg burrito was also a bunch of overcooked egg and ham. The French toast was somewhat ok. A little chewy. The hashbrowns could have been cooked more, and the bacon was so so. To top it all off, I really had to pee when I got there. I headed for the bathroom (women's)hoping to find a nice clean place. The kick plate for the door latch was ripped apart. So even if you lock it, anyone could just pull the door open. Upon entering, I was appalled by the disgusting smell, feces splatter on the toilet seat, and 2 trash cans almost full, with what looked like poopy paper towels in it. There was a hole in the wall next to the toilet, that was taped up, and looked super black and moldy through the tape. IT WAS DISGUSTING! I held my pee until we left. I definitely wish I'd have spent my $82 at I Heart Pancakes after that experience. For sure will not go back to this place!

The food is good and the staff is friendly. I ordered a mushroom burger with fries and my wife had the pastrami sandwich. Both are delicious. It was my first time and I will be back to try other dishes on the menu.
