Arrived at 847pm Tuesday evening(Jan 16th, 2024) with family and rewards program was down so couldn't get points and told can go on website to maybe get points for the 2 boys working behind counter. So went to sit down 856 to eat all our yogurts and the shorter boy walks by and says closing in 4 minutes. And closes down the yogurt station and finishes cleaning it up. Then 9pm hits walks to our table and says we need to leave we are closed. There are also one other couple eating there. I said to the shorter boy worker don't you usually lock the door so no one else can come in and let people finish their yogurts before asking them to leave like all the other establishments. He told me with a smart alike attitude sign says we close at 9pm so we are closed. I said ok can I ask your name I'm going to ask the manager or owner if this is policy here. He said rudely and abruptly I rufese to give you my name and thought wow ok that was weird. Then the taller boy worker didnt say anything just stood at the door waiting for us to leave. Was very uncomfortable and rude atmosphere and have never had the happen before at the hundreds of places we have been. Highly recommend some training on better attitudes and if you close at 9pm and is policy to kick everyone out exactly when you close let them know prior to ordering all their yogurts. Have been coming here for 5 years and now don't recommend coming here any longer with rude and a smart alike kid treating you with disgraceful bad attitudes.

Arrived at 8:47 p.m. with my family. As soon as we sat down inside an employee told us they were closing in 4 minutes. We were almost done with our yogurts at 9:00 p.m. & were told we had to leave along with others sitting at tables. We were not allowed to finish inside. Is this common practice? Very poor customer service & bad employees. There are plenty of Yogurtlands & will never go to this one again!
