It was soo bad ... actually i use to eat yogurtland every week on spectrum irvine ... and its very good ... but on sanra ana i just ate the worst that i have and there are no more choice more than 3-4 favor .

My favorite frozen yogurt chain! Great rewards app, and some days they have a BOGO deal! The flavors change up with new interesting ones all the time! The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pistachio is so good!

Best experience I ever had in my life. Firstly, the customer service was FIRE?????. The worker at that time, Pamela helped me pick out a yogurt, toppings, and was patient enough to wait for me. There were so many good flavors of ice cream and lots of amazing toppings. I would really recommend YougurtLand to get fresh and delicious yougurt.??

I have visited many Yogurtlands in Orange County and tonight's experience far exceeded my expectations because of the customer service I received from both Brianna and Pamela!! They were fantastic. They happily greeted me along with other parties who walked in Friday evening. Both had smiles on their faces and were attentive at ensuring cleanliness in the store. Even though it was late at night, Brianna and Pamela's energy was bright and positive. They put a smile on my face :-)

They charge more per ounce than other yogurtlands. This one charges $0.79/Oz where the other ones charge $0.68/Oz. May not seem like much but it's usually $4-$5 more here when my daughter and I come. They also Stash the napkins behind the counter. Must be a franchise?

BIG PRICE INCREASE ALERT!!! I came back to Yogurtland after a long and cold winter. Prices went up noticeably. I normally got about half of the small cup and typically paid about $4-$5. Today, I paid close to $9 (that's about a 40 to 50% price hike). With that price, I will stop eating at Yogurtland and get me a pint of ice cream at the grocery store instead.

I rarely write reviews but I had an absolutely incredible experience at this particular Yogurtland Bristol this morning with the staff. The young lady that worked as the cashier this morning 4/13 was so welcoming and easy to interact with. Thank you for providing a positive customer experience! I will be returning to this Yogurtland.
I went in hoping to use a buy one get one free coupon to which was not valid and that is completely fine however the cashier Starr was very rude. She seemed to be irritated and just lacked patience, overall very unprofessional. :( I'm sad to say I will not be returning to this location as I did not feel welcomed.

The only main problem I have is why do you put a limit on samples??? I understand some people ruin it and take advantage and they're trying to get free frozen yogurt by putting so much in the sample cup but limiting it to 2 samples? So I basically have to choose wisely and make sure the 2 samples I get are gonna be a good choice and if not, well then oh well. I just don't think it's okay to limit the sample cups for people who really do want to know what flavor they want to commit to getting.

First time I've ever walked out of a yogurtland location. The flavor options were sad and very random. Came in with 3 only 1 person ordered, nobody was satisfied.
