Ok, for many years we have consumed coffee and sometimes donuts here but the main reason we go is the coffee, but for a few months now the coffee has lowered its quality and sometimes it gives a too burnt or even unpleasant taste and that's okay because it You understand that sometimes the coffee comes out a little different, but what I do find disrespectful to your customers is that when I commented to one of the workers about the unpleasant taste of the coffee, he replied that it is my mouth that has a bad taste. and not your coffee. Bad service and maybe they don't need a customer's preference. I'm not going back again.

I went there in the morning to get breakfast and a sandwich and a guy was taking my order when a lady step in and told him she would finish taking my order. He told her I asked for a ham and cheese and a chicken sandwich and she asked me what else I told her and a coffee and she asked again what else and my husband said could I get two pieces of bread with the order. We told her that was it and she proceeded to charge me for my order and we paid. I waited for my chicken sandwich which it’s ok I understand they have to prepare it. When she gave it to my husband I noticed she did give me the ham and cheese so I told her I was missing my ham and cheese and she said she had asked me if I still wanted that and that I said no. So she didn’t charge me for it. I told her she hadn’t asked me, I requested her if could I still get it please and she said she had to charged me for it and of course I said that’s fine. I never leave reviews but this is the 2nd time this lady has a bad attitude. She is the reason why I had stopped going there and again I will not go back there. She has bad attitude plus she is a liar saying she had asked me about the ham and cheese. This happens on 01/17/2025 I went there at 5 AM and the lady wears glasses and she puts on lipstick.

This yum yum donuts is actually a very profitable establishment. Unfortunately although the donuts and the food are 5 stars in taste 3 stars in price (over $2 for some twist and bars) the guest service here is so very poor that it takes from the quality of the product. I recommend to visit mom and pops donut shops equal in quality, way better prices and better customer service. Like Sam's donuts on Grand and Fair Heaven in Orange/S.A. now that's quality overall at good prices

This is the only place I can go to and they will always have fresh squeezed juice ready. It’s not in the most luxurious location but it has such a nice welcoming atmosphere that you can’t get at fancier places. It’s really refreshing, specially on a weekend morning.
