I came in to buy a boba drink, but the staff started looking at each other and laughing while I was ordering. It felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful. I ended up leaving without getting anything. It seemed like they have been mocking my accent, which was really disappointing.

Do not get the Taro boba with oat milk . Had to go back to ask for another boba flavor because the milk on the taro tasted expired and had a weird flavor. Make sure you’re getting something that someone left a review on, or else you wont know what you are getting.

My wife and I have regularly got Boba from this store in the past. The last week, we went there twice and came away dissatisfied each time. In particular, the last visit we made yesterday was totally disappointing. The person who gave us the drinks put jelly pieces instead of boba. When asked he said they were out. This happened after we paid for it. To make matters worse, my drink was too sweet, and it had caffeine even though I specifically asked for no caffeine. When that was pointed out, he simply shrugged and said he could add water to the drink to make it less sweet and also dilute the caffeine!! What a ridiculous way to compensate for his mistake!!! Never again!

Pretty good boba place. Note that the drinks are a dollar more if you order from the kiosk instead of the cashier. That option does take longer though, because the cashier is also making drinks and there is only one cashier vs. two kiosks.

Self-service ordering via tablet that doesn’t make sense. All the “toppings” are at the bottom which is very confusing for ordering. Drink was fine but really pricey and a lot of ice, making the boba hard to get. Drink also took a really long time to come.

My family and I came here and I got a drink with the banana, grapefruit, and spiced Chai flavor combination, boba and coffee jelly. However, the drink was not good, the boba was too hard and the worst part were their straws, they are paper or something, not good for piercing the boba top and also gives the drink a weird flavor
