This place is absolutely amazing! It’s our favorite spot for bagels. The bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they’re loaded with fresh, generous fillings. Every flavor we’ve tried is delicious—literally every single one. Our favorites are the Milano and the hummus-filled bagels. Honestly, I think these are the best bagels I’ve ever had in the country!
The staff is super friendly and always quick, which makes the experience even better. Everything is so fresh, and it’s clear why this place is so popular, there’s always a line! They also have donuts, and even though we haven’t tried them ourselves, I’ve seen so many people grabbing them. The prices are really good too—considering the quality, they could easily charge more. I just absolutely love this place

The lox bagel was not good at all. It did not taste like cream cheese. It was just smeared with some gooey pink stuff. Not worth the $4.95. Also the bagel was really small. Will not comeback here.

We are visiting family from Athens, Ga. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. We enjoyed a salted bagel and a jalapeño Cheddar bagel. As well as several donut flavors to go. The ladies working were so sweet!

They are charging $4.75 to $4.95 to have Philadelphia cream cheese spread on ur bagel per bagel. Vons is next door! Go buy an entire container for the same price, don’t contribute to stuff like this. Gives service industry a bad name. Used to love this place, sad that they are doing this.
The past 3 times i've ordered online I come in 20-30 mins later assuming my food would be done by then and they don't even start it until I'm there and then you have to wait another 10-15 mins for them to make it for you...? This time I confronted them about the issue and they blamed the "huge line" ahead of me even though there wasn't a single person in the store and the employees were just talking to each other. Horrible service, never going back.

Big letdown; didn't live up to photos. Came in in the early afternoon, ordered a bagel and coffee, and was told "we are out of coffee." No offer to make more. No indoor seating. The bagel was ok but nothing special. Why bother coming to this place?
