I grew up on the Mesa, been coming here for 30+ years. My family loves this place. I always think of my dad coming home with a bag of bagels and shmear on Saturday morning. More than nostalgic, these are actually some of the best bagels I’ve had on the west coast. Idk what all the 1 star reviews are about, probably all yuppies moved into sb and expecting some hipster artisanal bagel shop. This is what the Mesa was like growing up, it was REGULAR. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. We enjoyed a salted bagel and a jalapeño Cheddar bagel. As well as several donut flavors to go. The ladies working were so sweet!
