We had a fantastic dinner at Bettina. The arancini were insanely good, as were the sweet potatoes with labneh and date syrup. Our server sold us on the sweet potatoes and it was one of the most delicious, interesting and perfectly balanced dishes we’ve had in a long time. Mushroom pizza also very good. We’d highly recommend Bettina to anyone.

Bettina is a favorite, especially when we have out of town guests. The food and service are consistently top notch. We enjoy the fresh and flavorful salads with homemade ranch dressing, and piping hot pizzas with airy, crisp crusts. Add a slice of the most olive oil cake with a whisper of citrus and I''m in heaven! Dani is an upbeat waitress and Franchescha is a warm, genuine manager. The whole team are all-stars!

I see why Bettina is known for being such an institution! This has been on my list for a long time, and I was thrilled to finally sit down and try it. We ordered two pizzas, both of which were excellent.
I'm fairly cynical on California pizza, but this came close to changing my mind. It could definitely hold its own against some of the better New York places. If I were to go back, I'd probably just stick to a margherita pizza instead of one with the creative toppings, as that was definitely the stronger one.
Will be back for sure!

I forgot what good restaurants can be like, the vibe was great alongside the people watching. It was a lengthy wait but we were able to enjoy delicious cocktails outside. The food was good, the host was awesome but as a wine sommelier, I wish the wine list was better, but it’s definitely worth stopping in. I suggest the margherita pizza, so tasty!

We had high expectations, but ultimately had a poor experience at Bettina. We were staying in Ventura and went out of our way to eat here after seeing it on the Michelin list and reading the reviews.
The gluten free pizza was a typical cardboard gf crust - definitely nothing special and very overpriced. I wish I took a picture, but there were so many toppings piled on the gf meatlovers that they weren’t even fully cooked (layers and layers of pepperoni). My husband loved the appetizers, but I found the sweet potatoes to be spicy.
The restaurant is very small and loud with the tables all extremely close together.

Top quality pizzas here. It took us forever to decide what we wanted.
We heard the meatballs are good, the salads looked delicious, the arancini balls sounded good, and then how do you decide on what pizza to get??
We ended up getting the arancini balls and two pizzas— the pepperoni and the creamed spinach.
Both were delicious!
We added sausage to the creamed spinach and while it was tasty, I think we got a little shortchanged . For $5 extra we got like 1-2 sausage crumbles per slice.
Our server was nice and helpful but also super busy. This place was packed! Highly recommend making a reservation !

Make sure you get a reservation! There is a $10 per person charge to make a reservation and it will be refunded when you arrive.
We started with the whipped feta appetizer, average. Caesar salad was delish. We ordered the meat eaters pizza, sorry no photo, it looked so good we dove in. It’s very filling was good. I ordered the sourdough cavetelli with butternut squash sauce, it was a bit spicy with the Aleppo peppers it over powered the other flavors.
The atmosphere was fun and the service was great. It was a nice evening!
Dietary restrictions: Very willing to work with dietary restrictions
Wheelchair accessibility: Inside dining area is a little tight around tables. Outdoor dining would be best.
