We had a fantastic dinner at Bettina. The arancini were insanely good, as were the sweet potatoes with labneh and date syrup. Our server sold us on the sweet potatoes and it was one of the most delicious, interesting and perfectly balanced dishes we’ve had in a long time. Mushroom pizza also very good. We’d highly recommend Bettina to anyone.

Bettina is a favorite, especially when we have out of town guests. The food and service are consistently top notch. We enjoy the fresh and flavorful salads with homemade ranch dressing, and piping hot pizzas with airy, crisp crusts. Add a slice of the most olive oil cake with a whisper of citrus and I''m in heaven! Dani is an upbeat waitress and Franchescha is a warm, genuine manager. The whole team are all-stars!

I see why Bettina is known for being such an institution! This has been on my list for a long time, and I was thrilled to finally sit down and try it. We ordered two pizzas, both of which were excellent.

I'm fairly cynical on California pizza, but this came close to changing my mind. It could definitely hold its own against some of the better New York places. If I were to go back, I'd probably just stick to a margherita pizza instead of one with the...
