Simple menu, delicious food. Healthy options. Excellent vegetarian options. They also have beautiful donuts and pastries. We go back every couple months.
Soooo glad they are back open! We love the delicious, farm to table homey eats and love to bring guests from out of town to eat multiple dishes family style here. Huge fans of the chicken pot pie (which our 10 year old describes as exceptional) and the salmon and farro dish. We also love all of their salads and appreciate the rotating market salad which always has the best items from the farmers market. Food is always consistently good and seriously feels like every dish is made with love.
Excellent new find!! I hope this stays a secret because there was no wait, food was phenomenal, huge servings and excellent, friendly service. Will definitely be back.
We went because of a referral from a TV show and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was exquisite, the donuts are spectacular, the place is beautiful, very familiar, I left very happy and satisfied. Highly recommended.👌
Everything is fantastic ?

I was extremely disappointed with my recent dinner at Bossie’s Kitchen. I was there with my husband and another couple. For starters, we ordered the truffle fries, which is usually so delicious wherever we have ordered then , but these fries were a disappointment. They were overdone, were brown instead of golden and tasted burned. We did not taste the truffle flavor. The chicken I ordered was supposed to be a rotisserie chicken with herbs, but the chicken I was served tasted like it was steamed, then deep fried and had no herb flavor. The rest of my party ordered the salmon and had no issues. I will certainly not be going there again.

Bossie’s always has great food. More than anything, I appreciate the staff’s caution and care when working with food allergies. Ethan and the chef were really careful and I was able to enjoy a meal out without getting sick.

If you're in Santa Barbara, you can't miss Bossie's Kitchen for either lunch or dinner - both are great! Every time we're in town we make a stop or two if time allows. The staff is friendly and courteous, outdoor seating is nice, and the dishes are consistently excellent. I've enjoyed everything I've tried on the menu and would also recommend the specials as those have also been quite delicious. The food and vibe here are aces!

I’ve only had take out from here, the Korean fried chicken sandwich was amazing as well as the truffle fries. Their donuts are yummy as well!

My favorite lunch spot in Santa Barbara. Even my impatient teenager will happily wait for the food here because of its high quality. We like the half sandwich and side door lunch. My teenager loves the turkey sandwich with mac and cheese and I love the BLT with side salad (citrus or peach salad). I would say it's the best BLT I've ever had and I've had quite a few. The daily soup special is also worth considering, with great bread on the side. Fresh iced tea too.
Can be a bit crazy on peak at it's also popular with the local high school kids so we try to get there around 11:30 or after 1. Great pastries too.
Parking: Can be a little tricky to get parking on the street and there's one space at the restaurant between the disabled parking and house parking spot - the space in the middle is for the restaurant.
