The food is decent and doesn't deserve a one star but the service is atrocious. Place has limited seating on a rainy day. We went in for some breakfast and were told that space was limited and there would be a 20 min wait which we were fine with. The manager proceeded to tell the cashier to make the order as a to go order anyways since they "don't want people standing around". When the food was ready he proceeded to hand us 2 boxes that were not bagged or setup as a to go order. We had to ask for a bag, napkins and utensils. We also had to ask for the missing coffee to which the manager replied that we could "pick it up around the corner" instead of getting it for us. Message to manager. If your name begins with an A, wear glasses and you were a manager duty on Sunday, you really ought to consider a different career than something in customer service. Your customers are not the enemy and without them you wouldn't have a business that employs you. The way you treat customers is key to customers coming back and recommending a business. Eateries like these depend on discretionary spending and with so many choices available these days customers have other choices which is why we strongly do not recommend Bree'osh after the way we were treated by A.

Good pains au chocolat. I paid $10. Price for only two... not worth it. Not enough chocolate inside, too crunchy.. But still good. Pleased orange juice ??Nice team, nice sits outside, calm location !

After tried all the top rated Almond Croissants in the city, I like Bree’Osh the best. The filings, the balance between crispy and softness, the sweetness are best fitted to me. Highly recommended!

Cute spot. I ordered the veggie quiche and it was ok. I thought the price was pretty steep for a single quiche until I got home and looked at the menu and realized it actually supposed to come with a salad. It just came in a small box with no salad. Kind of a ripoff for $16...please train your staff to double check things like this, because I'm not driving all the way back for a side salad.

Wonderful first experience. Pastries looked beautiful and tasted amazing. I had a kouign-amann that was buttery, sweet, and beautifully layered. I also had a beignet that was perfectly and evenly filled with a light passionfruit cream. The reception from the staff was so kind and welcoming. They must've realized it was my first time there because they gifted me a baguette to take home too!! Great customer service and attention to detail. Will be back very soon!

Lots of really solid good things going for Bree'Osh. The ambiance (especially the outdoor seating) was wonderful and the location was easy to access and find parking. The brioche was wonderful - I got the seasonal flavor which was brioche french toast with an apple topping and fresh whipped cream. The toppings of the brioche were very special and all of the flavors were unique and delicious. The brioche did not taste too sweet or like other commercial brioches. The prices were a little high but I felt like the real estate location combined with the seasonal ingredients and hand-made aspects made the brioche well worth the money.

service. people in front are lovely. but today by 12:05 there was no bread left. a few quiche I chose one with salad to be heated. I also had a bottle of mango pop. my $26.00 plus tip lunch doubled or tripled as I missed my appointment picking up my quiche at 12:55. it is challenging to support a local business if you run out of food and can't reheat and serve in 10 mins.

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee, could not get the cashier to speak up about if they were still making it. The roll was no bueno.

Had a breakfast sandwich a couple of weeks ago. Found a hair in the sandwich . Brought this discreetly to the attention of the employee at the time who immediately apologized and gave me a new receipt by taking off the sandwich. I NEVER recd the credit to my account. Called several times and talked to the manager. Nothing ever got resolved or remedied. I would never go there again.

Ambiance was ok. Not a ton of internal seating (it was raining). Got the chocolate croissant and it was very mid. Chocolate inside was hard. Croissant was dry. Maybe I'm just spoiled from eating all the chocolate croissants in europe

The almond croissants are world class. Best in SB. Come early and get them warm to thrill your family and friends. Trust me you will be glad you did. All their baked goods are fantastic. Fabio the baker is truly an artist.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. The pastries, the sour dough boule and the buckwheat focaccia are truly the best. The atmosphere and servers are just delightful.

Some tasty pastries but some were too heavy. Will probably come back to try the breakfast sandwich but would overall say it’s one of the better pastry places in Santa Barbara. The Ham and Cheese croissant was great! Some of the others were ok to

Adorable and modern cafe in Santa Barbara with excellent food and coffee - really nice interior and exterior patio, dog friendly. I had a fantastic omelette with goat cheese, tomato and Parisian ham, and a latte, also tried the Kings cake for the holiday - all very fresh and perfectly prepared. Will def go back and bring family!
