I was the head bakerr for Bristol farms. Despite how they felt about me when I left the department they couldn't produce food for almost a month. I was the department and so I will tell you my secrets. I was locked inside the major freezer in the bakery department and when I told Joey the general manager about the faulty of equipment he told me I needed to be nicer. What does that even mean? My manager were Kiki and Madison, they refused to do their own work so I did inventory along with pulling for it the spoils, along for breaking down the pallet. I would usually find their breakfast on top of cakes that would then be served to you. There have been multiple times I had to pick out beans and rice from a vanilla cake because they put their breakfast burrito on the shelf above and the remnants fell on the to the cake below. They serve it, anyways. I can't tell you how many times I've had to tell them that nuts don't go on every sheet pan and if you have a sheet pan with no nuts, you need to wash it first. Kiki told me that nut allergies were make-believe. They do not wash their hands when they walk back into the kitchen. The cake decorator yatezti, didn't believe and refrigerating any of the cream that goes on top of the cake. There have been multiple days that I had picked out chunks of mold because they like to use the cream cheese that has been sitting on the bottom end of the cake counter. Sitting dark moist environments. I told her multiple times to let me know what she needed and I can assist her with the cream cheese. But she told me she didn't need to refrigerate the cream cheese. She told me that she just mixes it together and it makes a good consistency. What she's mixing in with the cream cheese is mold. I told Joey this the general manager at Bristol farms and he told me it was okay. I've since left Bristol farms and have continued on with my life but I can't keep thinking about everyone
Bristol Farms supermarket is a clean, organized, and well stocked grocery superstore. It’s little bit expensive compared to other statewide chains. All in all, it provided us with a fun grocery shopping 🛍️ experience.
Great drinks
Clean store and great selection, but the cashier rang up our items and double scanned an item, we didn't realize this until we were already back home. I called the store to inform them of the issue and asked for a refund, was told that the manager will need to review the footage to verify. Manager verified that the item was scanned too many times and a refund is warranted, but now I have to drive back to the store for the refund, which is an hour round trip for myself, first world problem I know, but could have been avoided if not for their cashier's mistake.
After looking at other reviews, I think it's important to mention that the cashier was Alissa D., past reviews also mention them by name so management may want to talk to this employee

Olivia & Melisa work in the juice bar & are the most incredible ladies!!! Their customer service vibes are paramount!!! I went to visit family recently & went there almost daily for my juice & smoothies, Olivia has tons of knowledge & experience, I really, really appreciate her & her expertise!!! They both are super nice & make the store a bright & yummy place to go!! Thank you both!!!
Blonde server at the coffee bar works sooooooo slow. Doesn't even care.
I love going to Bristol for groceries But I had a horrible experience today. Yesterday night I had gone for groceries and a tin of mussels was left out of my bag even though I purchased it. I have two family witnesses who saw the tin being left behind in the counter. My family thought I didn’t put it in the cart but I did. I returned to Bristol farms today a day later to try to get it back or at least a refund. My cashier from last night Alissa D lied to me and told me she put it in the bag. She also claimed to call “management to look into the cameras”. I have my receipt and she lied to me about putting it in the bag. It’s really unfortunate that Bristol has employees that act this way and it’s sad I can’t even get a refund for something being left out of my bag after a cashier bagged it??
If you're looking for quality, here it is!
Long lines. Slow customer service.
