This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in over 40 years of travel. The property has a separate building that is completely isolated—far from the main amenities. To access anything, you have to either drive or walk along a poorly lit road, which felt unsafe and incredibly inconvenient. My room had multiple serious issues: - Extremely slow internet - Visible dust and a musty, moldy smell - No natural ventilation and very little lighting - No phone in the room to contact the front desk or request assistance - some lights were not working To make matters worse, the receptionist, Galvin—who claimed to be the manager—was unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude. He was the only staff member on duty that Friday and told me he couldn’t help with any of my concerns, despite being the supposed “manager.” The customer service was unacceptable, and the overall experience felt unsafe and unwelcoming. I’m requesting a full refund.

Danny was a great bartender super friendly and made amazing cocktails! The aperol spritz with local spirits was great.

incredibly ignorant and messy staff, they don't even know what food they have on the menu. in addition, it takes a very long time to get your food/drink, had to wait 45 minutes (there were hardly any guests in the dining room)

We had the pleasure of spending the day with Kirin at the bar. This queen is the epitome of a people person and an extremely talented bartender. She knows how to make top tier drinks but also makes you feel like your sitting at the bar with your best friend all around experience would recommend please give her a raise 100000/100

Café Lido beautiful atmosphere.!!Stop and enjoy the day time near the East Beach. Open until 8:00 pmI was so amaze with the team work at the beautiful decorating with plants and flowers drawn in the walls in color gray. The cafe bar has and amazing team working together in synchronic with well selected cuisine created by the executive chef and his assistant.Everyone can enjoying the delightful lunch and the beautiful weather of Santa Bárbara. ?

Almost didn't come here when I saw that they might not have alternatives to their pork options for their breakfast sandwich. But that changed when one of the lovely servers their told me they had chicken apple sausage—which I didn't even see in their Breakfast Menu ?

But yeah cool place and from my first experience here I have the impression that the servers know their stuff and are considerate of customers. As you can see from the photos the food went exactly where it was supposed to: my belly ???

Ive lived in SB for over 10 years now and the other day was actually the first time I’ve ever eaten here. I would normally not stop into a hotel to eat, but I had old friends staying there, so I stopped by to meet them for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised that the food and service was actually quite spectacular. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I wasnt thinking about drinking, however my wonderful server, sal recommended a cocktail called the love affair, I don’t exactly remember what was in it, but it sure was delicious! Sal made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks and checked on me plenty of times. I wasn’t expecting such 5 star service from what I thought would be a touristy pool bar by the beach. Because of its great location and stellar service, this might be one of my new regular spots!

Was unable to stay due to over booking. Claimed Expedia over booked them and vice versa. But went to website and there were rooms available though my family was told they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. concierge took my number to figure things out and NEVER GOT CALLED BACK! 0 stars!

Went today for brunch on mother's day, was I believe overpriced at @110 per person, not including sof beverages. Service was not great. Food ok. Not vegetarian/vegan friendly. It was supposed to be gratuity included and they tried to charge us mandatory gratuity on top at the end. After talking with manager, they took off the extra charge for gratuity. Will no choose to come again.
