With many of the resort dining locations closed for enhancements, we chose to try the Bistro again after they were recently closed, hoping it had been enhanced. It was not. The outdoor patio is closed off with drapes hanging to cover the construction zone. It took more than 30 minutes to get our cocktails, our food arrived cold, and sauces arrived at the end of the meal. Would like to write it off to how busy they were. However, we were one of 4 tables seated in the restaurant. Was disappointing, and we are not likely to return anytime soon.

This is because we were fortunate to have Dulce as our server. She took excellent care of us and made sure we had a wonderful breakfast with a spectacular view and added special touches to make for the most wonderful and memorable celebration during our stay. All of the staff at The Bistro were top notch, but Dulce went over and beyond to make sure we had the most memorable and special lunch.
