Stopped by Caje Coffee Roasters in Santa Barbara and really enjoyed it. The ambiance is chill and welcoming — great spot to relax. Had the caprese panini and rosemary Thai tea, both were solid, especially the tea — super refreshing and a nice twist. Good vibes, good food, would definitely come back.
Came here looking at the good reviews. Barista suggested getting the burnout.
The coffee was really good. It was more like a cocktail (which justified the price).
Parking can be a bit difficult. We were lucky to find a spot right in front.

First of all, the coffee is really delicious. Second, I accidentally spilled it right after I walked out of the coffee shop, and they made me a new one for free.
That was so sweet and thoughtful of them!!! 😍
