CAJÉ is so cute! From their creatively designed cups to their luscious garden patio, we were really impressed! Beyond aesthetics, their regular coffee and their combo bagel sandwich were perfect additions to our morning routine.

Very pretty cafe with interesting menu options. I tried the sugarwood coffee which was one of their signature drinks and it had a very unique flavor. Highly recommend trying their signature drinks if you are into exploring.

The best coffee we have had in a while! Great options & variety to choose from. We loved pretty much everything we got. Place is beautiful & well decorated. Food was amazing & my favorite coffee was burn out! Parking is little tough.

Caja Café is such a gem in Santa Barbara! The vibes are warm, relaxed, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food and drinks taste great—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff is incredibly friendly too; they make you feel right at home and always greet you with a smile. Whether you’re stopping by to study, meet friends, or just enjoy a good cup of coffee, Caja Café is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

This used to be my absolute favorite place, but the staff’s attitude has ruined it. I expect overpriced coffee at a bougie café—that’s fine. What’s not fine is being met with rudeness while being prompted for a tip on a $7 drink. The space is gorgeous, but the bad service isn’t worth it. I’d rather spend my money somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.

Expensive. Internet is terrible. Like reverse speed. So if you want less computers and more vibe. There are no charging outlets and no internet. There may be less studiers and workers.

I’ve been to this coffee shop many times and usually enjoy their drinks, but I’ve had a consistent issue with one item, the Rosemary Thai Tea. I’ve ordered it twice now, and both times I received chai tea instead. The menu clearly advertises it as Thai tea, which is very different in both color and flavor. Thai tea is typically creamy and sweet, while chai is much spicier.
It’s disappointing to see this happen at both this location and the one on Haley St., which makes me think it’s not just a one-time mistake but a labeling or recipe issue. I’d really appreciate it if they clarified or corrected the drink description to avoid confusion for future customers.
Overall, the drink still tasted good. Just not what I expected based on the menu.
