My Cajun Shrimp Pasta and my mom’s Santa Barbara pasta were great, I recommend getting those! We loved it! But my sister’s bolognese was veryyy watery, do not get the bolognese! She was not offered a substitution, so she sat in sadness while we sat in pure bliss!

Best value for your dollar. The food was delicious and plentiful. Limited seating as the place is small, but staff was accommodating and attentive. No restrooms. Nearest restroom is above the Panda Express two minutes walk away behind the building by the parking structure. Great shopping area. Mahalo!

It tastes like the lasagne in zimbabwe
Ordered lunch from work really excited for a hot pasta dish on a cold rainy day downtown. The food arrived and upon inspection of my oder I found a clump of human hair in my food. Beware. I got an apology but if it were my business i wouldve sent a fresh order out on the house for the health safety issue but when using doordash You won't get a refund from the restaurant or any solution outside of filing a claim with the delivery service. The issue came out of the kitchen not the delivery service. I'm not eating at california pasta nor will I order it for my office any longer.

Delicious dishes.
Great Place, solid food and it's quick, great for lunch. Their lasagna is not the best. Their pastas are solid. Their paninis are extra good and my favorite item has always been the cheesesteak sandwich.

Terrible experience.
We waited over 30 minutes for a plate of linguine Bolognese, while other tables were served within 5 minutes.
We had to ask several times about our order, only to be told it had been lost.
No apology from the manager, no goodwill gesture.
Imagine this: As the sun begins to set, casting a gentle warmth over downtown Santa Barbara, you find yourself seated outside with your date, the soft evening glow surrounding you both. You take a creamy bite of the Cajun shrimp pasta from California Pasta, savoring the moment. Then, catching your date’s gaze, you lean in and ask for a kiss (they say yes)

Great little hidden spot around the corner off one of the main streets. Enjoyed our spicy pasta choices and the bread was delicious! They gave us extra bread without charging us. Loved sitting outside and excellent spot for people watching. Would definitely go back and will next time we're in SB.
