I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location! The staff were extremely polite and respectful, and the customer service was truly outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious, and the whole place was spotless and well-maintained. Even though it was busy, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality food and top-notch service!

If I could rate lower, I would.

I placed a mobile order for pickup to make things easier and faster during my fiancé’s one-hour lunch break. Instead, the staff let a complete stranger take our food — no receipt check, no name confirmation, nothing. Just watched them walk off with our paid meal like it was a free sample.

When my fiancé arrived, the employee casually said, “Oh yeah, someone grabbed it.” …and??? That was the end of the protocol? No accountability? No urgency?

What’s worse is that during previous visits, the female employees have actually done their jobs — they ask for receipts and verify orders. But this time, a male employee didn’t bother to check anything, and now we’re left waiting around and wasting time we didn’t have to spare.

This was supposed to be fast, convenient, and respectful of our time. Instead, we got disorganization, carelessness, and zero sense of urgency. Extremely disappointing.

I hope the random person who stole our food enjoyed it. Because apparently, they got better service than we did.

Edit: The employee remade the order… and it wasn’t even correct.
I ordered nuggets and got tenders.
At this point it’s actually insane.

As someone who usually does not dine at fast food restaurants, I love to make an exception for Chickfila for the impeccable service. Unfortunately however, Jannett had other plans for my evening. Jannett was extremely rude and very distant from the behavior of a regular employee working at Chickfila. She gave me the wrong food, then when I went up to clarify what I had really ordered (and what my receipt reflected) she snapped at me that I was incorrect. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, and she gave me a fried one. I am allergic to the fried chicken, which is why this is so problematic, and thanks to Jannett’s gaslighting I will be experiencing the runs tonight. Not only this, but she refilled my beverage incorrectly with a snarky look on her face, and did not have any of the usual manners that I expect. (Absolutely NO “my pleasure”..) I don’t remember attitude on the menu! I will not be returning to this location as it does not live up to the usual service and atmosphere, which really disappoints me as I’ll have to drive an extra few miles to support the behavior I pay for.
