At the santa barbara location, Virginia was very rude to my friend and I. She also shorted us in change.
Terrible staff. Went inside to order and only one person was taking orders for a long line. THREE other employees behind the counter were just hanging out not even working and refused to take orders. It’s an absolute joke. Management needs to address this.
