They gave me an absolutely massive bowl. Really topped off everything! Probably the largest bowl ive ever had from Chipotle. Great service and clean facilities.

I ordered dinner for my squad via mobile order. The order was suppose to be ready at 7:40, I knew it would take a little longer so I got there at 7:50. When I got there, there was a line to the door and no one being served and maybe 5 of us waiting for mobile orders. I didn't get my food until 8:10 and they finally started serving people in line. When I got back to work, 2 of our burritos were completely wrong and one of the four bowls had the wrong ingredients. I was so excited to try the honey chicken and this experience just reminded my why I dislike going to this Chipotle.

I usually have a decent time here, it’s not stellar service but the food is good. However, tonight I came here just for a bowl and had the worst service I could’ve had. The guy working at the counter tonight had a massive attitude from the start of my order, he wouldn’t even look at me. At the end I asked him to shake the bowl to even the food, he refused and said I can shake the bowl myself and didn’t even close it all the way. At that point I would’ve just gone to a buffet and done it myself, this was an utterly disappointing experience.

Employees don’t arrive until 11:45 so been standing in line for 15 plus minutes waiting in line going nowhere and it took 10 minutes to drive here and my lunch break is 30 minutes so I don’t think I will come back

Had 1 employee working the line while the line of customers was out the door. Employees not very friendly. Food portions were significantly smaller compared to the ventura and Oxnard locations. Had several employees working, yet dinning room was very dirty.

Kid-friendliness: It’s all about pleasing the customer. Especially with high prices everywhere you go. It’s about providing a value to the customer. This includes friendliness.

I wish I would of read the reviews before dining here. I was in town for work and needed to eat somewhere at 830pm. Walked in and the line was to the door with one employee behind the line making everyone's orders and checking them out one by one. I counted at least 5 other employees that I saw come from the back and then return after grabbing something from the front. Long story short, I waited at least 30 mins in line before getting to the front. They were out of multiple items on the food line (Brown Rice, Pinto Beans, Fajitas Veges, etc.) along with no more chips. Once I went over to the drinks, 3/4 of the sodas were out of syrup and the ones that had it were spitting more CO2 while all 4 of their juices were out. Then we get to the dinning room, where there was a spill in the middle of the floor that needed to be mopped up and all the trash cans were overflowing so bad that the trash was leaning against the walls.
When I got done, I went to read the reviews and saw this was not a one off situation. I am surprised these issues haven't been fixed... Would not recommend this location to anyone...

terrible experience, I understand that at this state of time inflation is quite high but they gave me an absolute FATUOUS amount of chicken. I presseded the employee in a respectful manner and he hit me with an absolute nonsensical response of “I Just work here”. Do better chipotle santa

They are always short staffed and it takes forever to get food when it is busy. The staff tries its best but terrible management. They also are always out of something. They were out of tortillas one time! I suggest going anywhere else for a burrito
