I try to be understanding for the past year but they never have Ice in the machine, No rice or chicken ready. They have more than 6 people in the back but 1 to 2 workers in the front dealing with a long line. Food portion just gets smaller but prices are rising... like how? Always disappointing each visit and it's always the same issue on my end.

Who ever in charge of this place needs to be replaced with higher and better tasks for the team.

Everytime i go in there they are out of meat at the time... also unfriendly staff. Bought an 8 dollar bag of chips and queso because once again they were out of meat and when I got to work all the chips were broken in tiny little pieces. Whoever runs this place needs to step it up.

Chipotle tastes great but this location lacks on their availability of ingredients nearly every time I come by. Order online and go light on everything besides rice and beans. Just wish this location was more substantial like every other Chipotle location I have tried.

The smallest portion sizes I've ever seen. Insane. The whole indoor sitting floor, tables, and chairs uncleaned.

My veggie bowl was a bowl of rice. The bell peppers and onions were completely raw, fully crisp. Is this a joke? Was I suppose to take this home and cook it myself? I am so confused.

This chipotle for some reason is always running out of items. If you’re really craving chipotle I’d recommend just driving to the one in Goleta and save yourself the disappointment of them not having what you want.

I come to chipotle twice a month for the salad bowl and I swear every single time that I come and order my salad bowl they tell me that they’re out of dressing. Half of the time if you ask them to check the back, they actually find more dressing, and the other half they’re just out of salad dressing for the salad. Can you just make more salad dressing?? It’s not that hard and dressing should definitely come with the salad!

Hire more people. This is by far the slowest and least efficient Chipotle in the world. 2 people in front of me in line and takes 15 minutes to get to me. Seriously? And they run out of food fairly often. I don’t even show up after 6pm because of that.

I ordered a burrito and asked for rice she added it, no problem. Then I asked for chicken, and she barely filled the spoon halfway. I thought she was going to go back for more, or maybe she was joking, but instead she just asked what else I wanted. There were seriously only a few tiny pieces of chicken in my burrito. Like, do you really think 12 little bits of chicken are enough for a full-sized tortilla?

So I asked her if she could add more, and she hit me with, “So you want double?” I said yeah, I just want more — I didn’t even realize they charged extra for double. But let’s be real, it’s not even “double” if the first scoop wasn’t even full to begin with. And before anyone says, “You’re really complaining over a couple dollars?” yes, yes I am. Because if I’m paying for it, I expect to get what I paid for. I did want to say something, but I didn't want to cause a scene, just next time make sure you give people what they pay for.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle — good food at a fair price. That’s why it’s disappointing that the only Chipotle in Santa Barbara isn’t living up to its potential.

The customer service isn’t bad because the employees are rude (they’re not); it’s clear they just haven’t been properly trained in hospitality. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, and it’s frustrating how often they run out of essentials — whether it’s a type of meat or even utensils and napkins at the station.

I don’t blame the staff; I believe the real issue lies with management and training.

This location has so much potential to be a standout spot in Santa Barbara. I truly hope to see it rise to the level it’s capable of.

Kudos to the team working there, still putting in the effort.

Litterally the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. The employees were so rude, it was dirty, Our food took over 30 minutes for a mobile pickup order meanwhile i watched them make over 20+ other people’s food instead of ours. The manager lady (bigger mexican girl) was so rude and dismissive and almost seemed MAD when i asked if they had received the order. The girl who actually brought out the food litterally brought out mine and 3 other mobile orders and got mad when she saw there was a line of us waiting. Worst chipotle ever. Do not come here, employees are rude and incompetent.
