One of my top spots for Seafood. Great ambiance & decor. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. It has a nice feel to it.

The view is what makes this place 4 stars. The food is just ok... my husband and I ordered the lobster tail and twice baked potato. The lobster tail was overcooked and the tb potato was ok but over salty. We ordered the roasted artichoke appetizer and the artichoke was somewhat overcooked and the dipping sauce wasn't that special. I've had much better and I do have to admit I personally prefer an aioli sauce and lemon with my artichoke too. There wasn't any lemon. My kid ordered the ciopino and lobster bisque and liked it, I didn't try it. My dinner salad had terribly old cucumber slices that were translucent and onion that wasn't much better. Otherwise it was a good salad. The mud pie for dessert was however delicious. The server was polite and prompt. A+ there. Location could not be better. Parking is easy in a lot with a decent price $4 on a Friday night. Will definitely return and try a different meal hoping I may love it.

The top sirloin steak one nice and tender and the other one had lots of grizzle. Mud pie great. Calamari very good , not fried. Staff friendly and nice. Everything else was nice and fresh!

My parents love to come eat here all the time. Best view in Santa Barbara and the outside patio is very comfortable with the glass enclosure. We love the brunch and the sunset specials which are perfect for small appetites! Always delicious.

We were there during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. My girlfriend and Iwere there many years ago on our second date And the food was absolutely delicious. We thought we would go back again and unfortunately the food was less than exceptional. The steak was tasteless and a bit chewy very disappointed.

Food was amazing. Service outstanding and the ambience simply lovely. Definitely will return. I had a dish that was similar to a paella without rice but I ordered a side of rice. It was superb. My friend had three Ahi and he devoured it. Katie served us with assistance from others. All of them where amazing.

Two of my friends ordered the trout dinner ..They said it was dry and tasteless, regardless they forcefully ate it because we were celebrating their birthdays... we went back to the hotel and both threw up.. The lobster bisque and the clam chowder soups both tasted like it was straight out of the can. *We will never return... overall, the Service was great but the food was overpriced for the quality.

We ate dinner here this weekend. The Maitre D had the most adorable pretensions of grandeur, he was aloof, snooty and unfriendly. The waitress was just plain old unfriendly. The food was good though, and the other patrons were very friendly.
