Greg, the tall handsome bartender made my night wonderful. I will be coming back to see him. His cute coworker George is also very sweet. The drinks that Greg made were INCREDIBLE!!! So talented.

Great relaxed environment to eat delicious food. The beer selection has some classics and lots of local central coast breweries on tap. Highly recommend the pizza as the crust is perfectly light and crunchy - ideal for deep dish. Dog friendly patio, kid friendly indoor and outdoor seating. Sunday special tri-tip sandwich is always lick the plate clean good. The service is friendly and efficient. We keep coming back and are always very satisfied no matter the occasion.

Kid-friendliness: We’ve come from lunch, brunch and early dinner and the kids have always been welcomed. Lots of other families usually dining here as well.

They have really upped their food game. The Detroit pizza is yummy. Great service too! Beers are great and local and fresh.
One change for the worse: they used to have amazing mac & cheese made with a couple of kinds of real cheese. Ordered the same dish tonight, it’s made with some sort of “cheese food” a cheese spread with lots of Jalapeños and no real cheese. The staff gaslit me by saying that it’s been a “cheese melt” ever since she’s been working here. Guess she only started within the last couple months, because it wasn’t like this in March. Just don’t order it.

Driving by we noticed how lively this place looked so we decided to stop in. Got served super fast. The pizza and wings were ridiculously good.

Went during happy hour. Service seemed slow, minimal, and disinterested in customers. The grub was decent, most everything else was lacking.

Nice. Though size is smallish for the bar & diner inside for its street corner location where seating outside maximizes its appearance , as does small menu maxed by its savory fare (try the Smash Burger Tacos!), all in a friendly atmosphere, a tone set by the attentive staff.

I finally was able to try the newly renovated Corner Tap on the Mesa. While the interior appears unchanged, the menu has definitely gotten a revamp for the better. They offer a bunch of local beers on tap, along with a nice variety of cocktails. Our group enjoyed our beverages all around. Unfortunately, the waitress wasn't super confident and had to ask another employee several of our questions--yet at least she found out answers versus just guessing the answers. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt given a new menu.Of course, we came here for the Detroit Style Pizza! They have eight to choose from. The main thing that makes these pies unique is the thick crust that is encrusted in cheese with a nice, doughy interior. While you wait for your food, you can play a game of shuffleboard. The pizzas were outstanding. Sausage has a good amount of flavor and spice if that's your thing. The cheese was tasty but a bit excessive and wayyy saltier than it should be. We were chugging water during and after our meal. That was the one big downfall. We rebalanced our palate with the Pizzookie which is a good-sized chocolate cookie in a skillet. We finished that dessert of quickly. All in all, I'm glad Corner Tap is back open.

Grrrr. They don’t answer their phone and they promise to call you back on the recording and then they don’t. It’s very frustrating to try and do business with them. I guess business is so good they don’t need phone in orders. I suggest Giovanni’s or Petrinis.

excellent detroit style pizza. actually the best pizza in sb in my opinion. hopefully they can expand and open a proper pizzeria with more inviting interior.

Dietary restrictions: had gluten free crust option.

Parking: small parking lot, but a parking lot nonetheless.
