The staffs here are awful. There are a lot of empty seats but don’t let us seat it

What can I say its the airport at Santa Barbara.

Here at least once a week and my server is always very dismissive and lack of attention with very little want to be there. It’s the only option here in SBA but I really wish there were more options.

Service was great and quick!! They were super busy but very attentive. Food is what you would expect from a bar. Nothing to write home about but it gets the job done and there aren't any other food options in the SB airport

Limited selection of breakfast items in the morning, but food was decent. Excellent service. The bloody mary's we ordered were great. Airport prices.

Horrible selection of food. Weird hours and rude bartender. Do not show up to the airport unfed. Eat before you get here.

Don’t bother. They don’t seem happy about having customers. Ignored me until I gave up.

So this is the only restaurant in the airport which is kind of sad but I just had to share my experience. The waiter I watched drying dishes by using a napkin and just grabbing handfuls of silverware and dropping back in the Trey of washed silverware over and over instead of just using a cloth to dry them, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and I did get my order pretty quick so that was great but then I over heard the staff talking about the complaints they had all morning such as onion rings tasted gross, lettuce tasted spoiled and looked rotten, the. I heard the cooks complaining they wanted to close early cause there’s no prep done and they have hardly any food left…. Which you should be prepping during your shift and ensuring your kitchen is always stocked being that you are the only restaurant around. I dunno to me this place needs a whole staff overhaul and management replacement. In my opinion.

Grabbed a bite waiting for a flight and the food was all frozen and reheated items. The waitress was prompt but not friendly. Will avoid on future visits through SB.

Not a very good place, don't get the tenders they taste like something from the frozen area of a grocery store, just get the burger.

The staff here is always helpful and quick to check on you. The food is fine for being in an airport. It’s a great place to have a drink and food before a flight. Much more comfortable than waiting at your gate. Heather was awesome and made my visit stress free!

Turkey croissant was delicous, service was ok, sweet potato fries are over cooked and very crunchy. I could not bite into the sweet potato fries because they were so hard and all the waiter did was discount them versus refunding them. I was not impressed with the service I do not recommend unless you were starving.

Just filed a claim for fraud. Do not eat here! I ordered a garden (veggie) burger. It came with fries. The total is $18.48. I tipped him $2 in cash. I just received a notification that the bartender (Hispanic male) gave himself a $3 tip on my card also. The total has not been updated to $21.48. I have attached proof below. I am disputing this with my bank.
