Amazing ice cream experience! The staff was so kind and you get to customize your creation so much. This is easily the most creamy ice cream I've ever had, but the excitement and heart of the owner makes me want to come back again and again.

This store is so different. They do mix your ice cream in front of you. Store is fogged due to ice cream mixes. The ice cream is super thick and sweetness is good. For kids this place is so enjoyable. They enjoy watching the ice cream mixes. It’s like walking into heavenly ice cream store. Customers orders in person are taken quick. They have tea and other desserts on their menu as well. So far I have tried ice creams in here. I ordered simple vanilla with cookie dough toppings.

Watch them make your concoction! Very cool food science experience and lovely family running the place. One time I went there, they had run out of nitrogen so I had a Thai Tea instead and it was very good too.

I come here often because the ice cream is amazing. But today it was a complete disappointment because the ice cream was soft and started melting within seconds after it was handed to me. Hopefully next time I don’t have the same experience.

Best ice cream in Santa Barbara!!! So many options we went here every night of our trip to Santa Barbara! Staff is so incredibly friendly & awesome. Also so many vegan options!! They can make any flavor into vegan cashew, coconut or oat ice cream on the spot. You have to try it!

We stopped at this ice cream shop late one night to satisfy our sugar cravings and we all agreed that it was the best ice cream we had ever tasted. Don’t be afraid to get creative and try something new. They have great variety.

Got a scoop of cookies n cream with chocolate fudge oreo cookie peices & whipped creamIce cream was good,has a unique dense custard texture from the LN2,you can't achieve a texture like this without stabilizers or making the ice cream too eggy if you don't use LN2The 'chocolate fudge' was hershey's & the whipped cream from a can. One star off for this because the quality of the ice cream didn't match these toppings.I'd definitely try this again but I'd get just the ice cream

I’m thought this place was becoming my Favorite until they effed it up tonight. Usually the ices cream is so good. Today I decided to try the s’mores because the toasted marshmallow looked so good on top. She gave it to me without the marshmallow and I asked where the marshmallow was and she said “not tonight” and I said I literally got it because of the toasted marshmallow and she went “oh sorry” and walked away. I’m very very disappointed. I threw it away because it didn’t taste good. The picture also makes it look like it has many layers and chocolate on the bottom and it looked nothing like the picture.
