Amazing ice cream experience! The staff was so kind and you get to customize your creation so much. This is easily the most creamy ice cream I've ever had, but the excitement and heart of the owner makes me want to come back again and again.

I ordered the fruity pebbles ice cream ($6.50 for a regular size). The flavor definitely tasted like fruity pebbles and was good however because of the nature of how the ice cream made with the fruity pebbles mixed in, the fruity pebbles were a little stale and soft. I'm a texture person so I wasn't a big fan of the soft fruity pebbles in the ice cream but the fruity pebbles on top of the ice cream helped balance it out.

I absolutely love this place! I don't know where to start . The location, the staff, the owners! Oh yes and the ice cream! It's the absolutely coldest and it's like it disappears on your tongue. 10 out of 10 for out entire family!

Went for Dessert Food - 5/5. The liquid nitrogen ice cream here is fantastic. Absolutely smooth, cold yet creamy and encased in the flavor of your choosing. The vanilla bean flavor was vibrant, strawberries were sweet, and the cheesecake bites added a creamy, dense texture. The strawberry bond was great at meshing together sweet, tart, and creamy all in one. Service - 4/5. The stand mixers are always spinning, and they pump out as many ice creams as they can for a relatively fast service. Value - 4/5. The pictures were a bit misleading as my cup was smaller than I anticipated, especially for $8. The price is fair for the experience of a made-to-order fresh nitrogen ice cream, but the portion size is noticeably small and could use improvement. Parking - Street (Metered)

The science-y feel of creamistry is a play on the nitrogen based ice cream made to order. Despite having one in Palo Alto, I've never tried, since I felt it was severely overpriced and underwhelming, and I finally tried.. and not to my surprise, I was right. Strawberry Ice Cream (67.5% | D) - The ice cream is alright, but is very hard and does not melt fast. Nitrogen-based ice creams are supposed to have creamier texture that makes it more desirable to consume, but I did not sense that this was the case. $10 for this underwhelming cup of ice cream plus a sprinkle of cereal and not even a whole strawberry is very unpoggers. If there's any saving grace, its that the ice cream looks good and so does the shop itself.

This store is so different. They do mix your ice cream in front of you. Store is fogged due to ice cream mixes. The ice cream is super thick and sweetness is good. For kids this place is so enjoyable. They enjoy watching the ice cream mixes. It’s like walking into heavenly ice cream store. Customers orders in person are taken quick. They have tea and other desserts on their menu as well. So far I have tried ice creams in here. I ordered simple vanilla with cookie dough toppings.

Watch them make your concoction! Very cool food science experience and lovely family running the place. One time I went there, they had run out of nitrogen so I had a Thai Tea instead and it was very good too.

BEST ICE CREAM EVER. SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS. The ice cream here has the perfect texture and you can make any of them vegan. The man at the cashier is SO nice! I think he's the owner. He was so kind and very helpful and the service is amazing. Such a nice business owner. Definitely go here!!

We took our son for ice cream, $10 and one super salty bite later we had to toss it. When I let them know it was salty and inedible they just shrugged their shoulders at me. What a waste of money.

Was worried that the ice cream would not taste as creamy because of the process, I was wrong. It's super delicious. Lots of options to make your ice cream just the way you like it. If you need it to go, just ask them to make it super cold and it will travel well. Staff was super friendly.

Great staff and great ice cream! My boyfriend and I are both dairy free and he is gluten free. We felt great after eating some of their non dairy/gluten free stuff! Will come back when in the area
