What a great find! We always look for new places to enjoy a night out in Santa Barbara/Goleta. The Crocodile did not disappoint, if you are looking for a locals place this is it. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and the happy hour was a pleasant surprise.
This is a true gem. Food is outstanding. It draws a more local crowd than the downtown restaurants. We had eggplant parmigiana and salmon piccata both of which were truly excellent. Portions are generous. Fish was probably 6oz, a large fillet. Don't let the fact it is in a hotel discourage you, this place is with driving to. I'd definitely recommend it. We also had a couple drinks during happy hour. Drinks were very good as well and they gave some bread and tapenade...
A truly hidden gem locally❣️ It is inside a hotel and mostly known to locals. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving traditional dinner at a great price. The portions were large with lots of dark and light meat turkey which was moist and tasty. The stuffing, potatoes,, and other sides had ample proportions. And, even some left for that next day turkey sandwich. It was the perfect place to celebrate and be thankful for all we have❣️🦃🍁
