Tasty cupcakes. Beware, the chocolate flavored cupcake frosting has a strong coffee flavor. I didn't see that on a sign or anything, but maybe I was supposed to know... But it was surprising. Tasty, but if you don't want mocha flavor, avoid the chocolate frosting. Or maybe it was just a problem this weekend...
Regardless, the cupcakes were good. And the chocolate chip cookie was very good. Subtle with a little bit of salt on top. I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie the most, will likely stop again!

Food is good, it is pricey. Staff taking orders very nice but the personal that was taking food to dine in customers would not clean the tables for others to sit. One had to do it themselves and there is no where to put the used dishes. We got our food first but never our drinks. I had to get them myself they were just sitting at the counter being passed by while other that ordered 20 min after us received theirs. I don't think I will go back for dine-in, take out only and order ahead.
This used to be a go to for my family. The food is okay but we love supporting family owned businesses. Until recently something has changed with the downtown Santa Barbara location. The management has gone down hill and the girls treat customers horribly. I have 3 daughters and feel uncomfortable bringing them in to this location now. The brunette who I think is a manager rolled her eyes at me when I asked for another dressing which I would have happily paid for if needed. Then to hear her say to another employee “she is annoying” when getting me the side was uncalled for. This annoying family will not be returning to Crushcakes.

We ordered a Wedding Cake from Crushcakes. There was a disconnect on what we wanted and what was received design wise. The process was rushed to payment over the phone. The cake was edible but very basic for the price. 3stars
Delivery was very professional. He was extremely patient amidst all the chaos. We made him move the cake 3 times because we did not feel comfortable moving it due to how heavy and large the cake was. 5stars

We got our wedding cake (coconut cloud) and some desserts (lemon bars and cinnamon rolls) for our wedding reception from Crush Cakes. The cake was beautiful and tasted even better! Our guests loved the lemon bars and cinnamon rolls so much so we didn't even get the chance to try them! We will be back to enjoy all their goodies and will get a small cake or cupcakes from Crush Cakes for our anniversary...the cake was too good to save.

Never seen customers bring dogs #inside a sit down restaurant, and sit down with them to eat their food. 🤮 Staff did nothing. Cleanliness??? Ughh

Absolutely delicious food - the brioche french toast was to-die for and the cupcakes were excellent! We loved that they have dog-friendly seating outside and everything was served quickly.
