I love this quaint little spot. They have a great selection of cakes and cupcakes with gluten-free options. My favorite is their vegan gf earth cake. It's the bomb ? and their banana chocolate chip cake, too. I yet have to try their breakfast items, but I'm sure it's going to be delicious.

Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to stop for an espresso, an Americano and a hot latte in this tiny place, I made the request as soon as I arrived because there was no one, after 15 long minutes they gave us the cold drink. It couldn't be calmer.

Great little cafe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and delicious. I got the California burrito and it was probably the freshest and healthiest version of a California burrito I’ve ever had. Also, get a cupcake.

I went to the bathroom, and my plate disappeared with half of the chicken wrap . Their cakes are good. They should stick to that. The soup was the most salty soup I have ever had and the sandwich was average to say the least. The cupcakes are great and the coffee is ok for the price. Would go back for cupcake and coffee, would never go back for lunch.
We trusted Crushcakes in Santa Barbara with our daughter’s wedding cake and cupcake bar and they did not disappoint. All the cupcakes were beautiful and our guests were happy with all the flavors. Everyone said they were delicious! They also had delicious Vegan cupcakes for some of our guests that requested a Vegan option. The customer service was amazing as well! I've had better cupcakes from the Vons Bakery! This place should be called crustycakes, not crushcakes. The cupcakes I bought first thing in the morning were dry, stale and crusty. The young lady that provided the customer service did so begrudgingly. I was underwhelmed, completely dissatisfied and disappointed. I'll take my business elsewhere! Also the owner takes zero accountability for the poor quality and inability to keep employees of merit. I've read other reviews from customers that had similar issue and there seems to always be an excuse when an order is not up to par or someone else to blame. Buyers beware you've been warned. I have yet to hear back from Shannon, good riddance.
