OMG, so good. The drinks and plantains are DELICIOUS. Wish we hadn't already had dinner before. Will definitely come back to have a full meal!

Skip the fried goat cheese balls, but everything else is really good

Food was great, the yuca amazing and perfectly fried. The sandwiches were super tasty and we were so grateful they were open at the late hour we showed up. Wish that the drink we ordered could have had the alcohol quality improved and that it wasn’t pre blended but oh well.

Check this place out, it is worth it! This is more like a bar than a restaurant. Food was not what I thought it will be, but was good, tasty, did I say finger licking tasty?... Drinks were good, but more like a splash over ice than a full on drink. As my company was explaining, this is how it goes nowadays, I guess?... as far as service, there is no host to greet you, nor inform you no one will take your order at the table. Nor to tell you have to go in the back to order your food nor to tell you have to order the drinks at the bar. Once you get past that, service is good and friendly. enjoy your food! ( this was not a complaint just mere info for the ones like me, just passing through and not knowing the "basics" :) thank you!

Great food. Near modern times taproom. No parking. Platos .

We ordered takeout and ate in front of the fire pit at our hotel. The chicken Plato mixto had everything I like (rice, beans, yucca, plantains). The chicken tasted fine, the sides were better. The croquettes are tasty, but would benefit from another flavor inside (guava, apricot, chilis) to break up the goat cheese, which can be a little overwhelming.

I am in town for work and was having trouble finding a kitchen that was open past 10pm and my uber driver suggested Cubaneo and we absolutely loved it! Food was great, service was even better and the restaurant is beautifully decorated, you truly feel like you're in a cute restaurant in Havana.

Amazing experience, food and service. My family and I were looking for a good place to eat a snack late afternoon and found Cubaneo.Bartenders were super welcoming and informative about where we could sit and order. We ordered the little cubanito sliders, mariquitas and yuca frita at the Cubaneo window. Cashier was extremely friendly and again, welcoming. Food came out a few minutes later and it was godlike. Fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned.Ordered a few cocktails, and even though they prepared our order wrong, they were all tasting amazing so we just kept them.Aside from the super friendly staff, the music was on point, space was clean and airy, comfortable seating, and for the last time, amazing staff. The guys walking around asking if we needed anything else we're also fantastic. All in all I will return every time I am in Santa Barbara

This place lost something. Heart. Just weak representation of what it was. Maby was just a miss . I'll try again.

Good if you never had real cuban food before

This is truly a hidden gem! They have a small menu, which means they're only serving you delicious freshness! We ordered the chango wings (super tasty with the perfect amount of kick), the pork mixed plate ( delicious authentic tasting Cuban flavors) and for dessert their ice cream and plantains (heavenly)! The cherry on top is the atmosphere/vibe. It's next to a bar that serves you drinks and water. The music is lively and the drinks were spot-on! We'll definitely be back!

Delicious Cuban food!! I'm cuban and grew up with authentic Cuban food, this place does a great job. They have a delicious garlic dip with the yuca. Definitely a place to eat at when I visit SB.

Sooo disappointing ? 6 of us went for the special tequila shots with the house hot sauce. The tequila shot looked so small that we asked the bartender to pour it back in the jigger and it was less than 1/2 ounce. Bartender got very defensive (no wonder) anyway we will never go back but sorry to see the bar manager could care less. Beware!
